The first thing that popped into my head at this statement is the recent anniversary of Roe v Wade, and the radical fundamentalists who post the names and addresses of doctors and providers of legal family planning as well as termination services, and also advocate violence against them. Certainly, these people are free; and they clearly subscribe to “violent and malignant” interpretations of christian principles. Ah well. it is hardly the case that freedom, in any sense, relieves people of these tendencies, as there always will be a radical few. I tend to prefer re-education and a hefty amount of discipline.

Funny this comes right on the heels of the historic Roe v Wade decision, and the only thing that popped into my head was the radical fundamentalists, who are most certainly freely publishing the names and addresses of doctors who provide legal family planning and termination services to women across the country, and also advocating violence against them. I hardly think freedom is that magic bullet against “violent and malignant ideologies” but rather a lot of education and a good dose of discipline. Both of which are severely lacking in our homes, schools, churches, and government.

As usual, he must drone on and on about 9/11 and the terrorists. Yea, I wonder why people hate our “freedom”. Could it have anything to do with our foreign policy? He is still hung up on success. Consequences grievous and far reaching. Oh no!!! Why would the whole region be drawn into the conflict? Because we have an administration of zealots and deny-ers.
