This plan sounds horrendous, not only because of the "take money from the poor to give to the poor" quote here, but also because of how it puts so much pressure to convert everyone to a personal insurance plan. Which, if you look around, are rarely as good as a corporate group policy, and if they are, they are much, much more expensive. Thanks again for the information!
