Foggo, Wilkes indictments expected today.

Federal prosecutors are expected to announce indictments today in the case involving the former No. 3 official at the CIA, Kyle “Dusty” Foggo, and defense contractor Brent Wilkes. “Foggo, who served as the CIA’s executive director, was accused last year by fellow CIA employees of steering contracts for the CIA station in Iraq” to Wilkes, whose activities also led to the indictment of former Rep. Duke Cunningham (R-CA).

Foggo and Wilkes need to admit they are Gay lovers, so they need to come out to the press, and not be closeted GOP hypocrites any longer.

These indictments were very narrowly focused on the bribery and deprivation of honest services and didn’t cover any of the wrongs Wilkes committed once he had control of the DOD programs. The charges do set the stage so that additional charges can be made and be understandable. I know first hand secret CIA contracts included cameras in bedrooms of private homes of fellow contractor senior management whose businesses Wilkes was trying to steal control of. The purpose of collecting the images was to post the images to the net to frame the victims for internet pornography felonies and be labeled sexual predators the rest of their lives. I am one of the victims and it was done to me right after blogging under Dawn the Doormat at the Washington Post’s website just over a year ago.

Secret CIA contracts involving straw men and shell companies were used three times by Wilkes to try to snatch control of my company. The first time it was in Germany while Foggo was head of logistics there. The next time it was in Germany once Foggo was CIA Executive Director. The final time was a S. African shell company with a straw man posing as an investor in my company’s French operation.

My company is the inventor of what NIST calls “smart wallet” in its Biometrics and Security Systems and Applications Program and Americans and Canadians are supposed to be calling “drivers’ license.” It emerged from the House Select Panel on Intelligence last October that Wilkes had been awarded control of the evaluation process of many of the government’s grants programs which explains why we kept being declined for grants at gate 1 when we had a paper trail from government offices totally unique and unheard of to government contracting. Of 15 biometric technologies recognized by NIST, solely the smart wallet…the future drivers’ license was denied federal funding. The smart wallet is an American invention. The foreign operations were examples of our retreating to escape Wilkes, Foggo and others and their stalking down our CEO to take down each new operation.

Last August federal investigators leaked to the AP that they were connecting Wilkes and Foggo to Russia. In that my company already had declined a 100+ % financing package for more than one and one-half years beginning in 12/01 and then two buyout offers we thought were to benefit the Kremlin, for which the second offer came on the day Foggo’s home and office were being raided, the leak Foggo and Wilkes were connected to Russia wasn’t at all a surprise to me.

I am waiting for the next round of indictments to emerge from US DOJ D.C.’s offices involving the charges of treason, violations of my Fourth Amendment constitutional rights, conspiracy to have me framed for fabricated felonies and the conspiracies to grab control of my company’s intellectual property/platform that started in January of 2002 when Cunningham, Foggo, Wilkes and Russian companies representing the Kremlin conspired to sabotage my company and grab control of it to the Kremlin’s benefit.
