No it's a flower that grows on the pile of cow dung. But you were close and the saying does indeed come from Texas. Just one of many reasons I need to move.

The person good for you bad for me #34 should be banned from commenting on this site and the comment deleted. It's unfair and cruel to mock the insane to whoever is typing the keyboard for this person. Perhaps increasing the thorazine would decrease his hitler-esq rantings. An un educated, uninformed, delusional goober whose main function in life has been to figure out how much saliva to drool. Give him back his pet mouse and piece of felt and let him suck his thumb to sleep, but please don't cater to his demands to comment on blogs. He gives new meaning to the word sub-human. Doesn't even understand that Muslims, Christians and Jews all worship the God of Abraham. If You can't f**k it. eat it, or ride it, then kill it eh? Beyond understanding is the trash who thinks himself a king.

Unless Pelosi an Reid act now, before the '08 elections there won't be any elections. The GOP is not going to give up power and they see that the white house is currently a loss. So: 1) replace as many US Attorneys as possible before "08 to block investigations and oversight; 2) Expand power by placing political appointees in all federal agencies to further bog down the congress and impede any investigations; 3) Bush has revised the 200 yr old Insurrection Act putting the state national guard completely under his command: 4) Have ready to put in place the 2000+ armed security force (Blackwater) which owes no allegiance to the constitution when a national emergency and martrial law is declared (Blackwater is owned by Haliburton-Cheney); 5)Google a search for FEMA camps already in place to hold dissenters, Muslims?, Congress?;6)
Create the 9/11- nuke Americans and blame Iran- disaster to start the ball rolling. Most of our troops are in the region already; the fleet is in the Persian Gulf and poised to nuke; the mainstream media like Fox is already owned by the GOP and will report what they are told to report with the propaganda machine; Democrats in congress are labeled traitors and dismissed; National emergency and martial law declared; an emergency constitutional convention is held to replace congress in which our constitution will also be replaced by the right wing GOP agenda and ratified by the states. Rove and the GOP have been working on it since before 2001 (remember PNAC) so I'm sure they've worked the bugs out. All this depends on 2 things...attacking Iran...and doing it before the '08 elections. If they did 9/11 what makes you think they wouldn't do this? I ask Pelosi and Reid this...Who's gonna stop 'em? Maybe the Dems need an Al-Sadr like security force themselves.

Because Rove rides herd on Bush's Iran/Contra government. Ney is part of a conduit to the Iran arms dealer network that still includes Adnan Koshyoggi and Manucher Ghorbanifar. Rove helped ensure that the Taliban destabilizing Iran's Eastern border were knocked out (for a while). So Iran was willing to play ball while. When the US invaded Iraq, Iran saw its new opportunity. Another reason why the US hasn't fully cleaned up the Taliban, which divides Iran's focus onto both its borders with totally unstable countries full of US troops.

Rove is the guy in charge of balancing that whole setup against what Bush can get away with the public knowing. The "accountability moment" filter that is the only limit on Bush's power.

Either Condi is lying or she is incompetent. Tough call.

Few competent people doing their job could forget such a significant event. Still, I think she forgot. Forgot in the sense that since it was not possible to consider any talks with Iran the idea was just discarded by her, mentally.

It's like "Condi, look at this. Some Iranians are proposing talks"

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice — who served as National Security Adviser in 2003 — and Eliot Abrams — the deputy National Security Adviser — have claimed that they do not remember receiving the Iranian proposal.
.
Rover intercepted the offer and prevented it from reaching the proper channels, that is Condi and Powell. Rove needed wars and more wars and they might have balked.

The only way to stop Karl Rove is to have a playdate with him. To sit in the sandbox or play with blocks. He like's to jump in the pit of plastic balls at Chuck E. Cheese's, too.

He's good for a drink or some acid, but bad for America.

Look at the picture of Rove. I think the little twit has hair again! He doing hair plugs, that's why we haven't seen him in the media.

Looking at him, I can't help thinking he most resembles an adult Dennis the Menace.

I will never forget when Senator's Chaffee, Kerry, Biden, Kennedy and Boxer were asking Bolton during the Bolton hearings about why the Bush administration had refused to hand over the NSA intercepts that they were demaniding. Many suspected that these intercepts may prove that Powell 's conversations about the Iran situation and others at the Un were being wiretapped by the right wing radicals.

If this is true Rove would have known the Iranian offer was coming. These guys should be strung up for what we do know.

LYING ABOUT A BLOW JOB UNDER OATH = IMPEACHMENT

LYING ABOUT PRE-WAR INTELLIGENCE = A SLAP ON THE HANDS BY THE PENTAGON INSPECTOR GENERAL "INAPPROPRIATE"

Shirley,

You make some very strong arguments regarding Tenet's having taken the fall and the Dem takeover being a Repulsivescum strategy for '08...

...However, Constitutional breaches such as signing statements, domestic spying, war crimes committed under his watch, and suspension of habaeus corpus could prove fertile ground for impeachment...

...I still believe that there is a tangible nexus between Bush, Cheney/Halliburton and war profiteering that could be exploited...

...I also believe that Bush's failure in disaster-ridden Louisiana, and the entire Gulf coast could add some fuel...

...in these instances we're only one or two star witnesses (indictments) away...

...Your skepticism is indeed healthy though...

Rove, a bloated, self-serving, infantile looking pile 'o crap.

I recently heard him speak, and what a mousey, feeble soundling dweeb.

I don't believe this man is possible of accomplishing anything outside of a crossword puzzle. Just because Bush likes to listen to KKKarl, doesn't prove he's powerful, it just illustrates how dumb the whole administration is.

The architect of US generated false flag terror (like the fake terror scare in London) is Karl Rove.

Arrest him. Put him under oath. Ask him about his foreknowledge of 9/11 and every terror scare since then.

HOW CAN YOU IMPEACH BUSH?
George Tenet at CIA took the fall for Bush by taking responsibility for the now infamous so-called intelligence failure. So Bush cannot be accused of lying to the American nation because he can point the finger at Tenet and claim he (Bush) was only acting in defense of the nation under the best available information he had at the time. And that defense will stick in the court of public opinion and any Congressional impeachment proceedings. Furthermore, there simply aren't the numbers to impeach.
We're stuck with Bush and Rove.
But also consider this...if Rove is the head of Bush political operations, including the election strategies, and he, Rove, allegedly failed last midterm election, evidence the Democratic takeover, then why haven't we heard about his fall from grace at all? Probably because having the Democrats take only symbolic control of Congress was probably planned as part of the 08 strategy.
WE ARE BEING HAD AS A NATION.

Marie,

I would venture to guess that the Democrats have so much impeachable material...

...they're having a problem trying to put it all together in a comprehensive package...

...for the intellectually challenged (dead end 30%ers)...

...these 30%ers are crucial in bringing pressure to bear on their "pocket" Repulsivescum Representatives and Senators...

..."pocket" refers to the pockets of conned'self-servative inbreds around the country who protect the Duncan Hunters, John McCains, Virgil Goodes etc...

...without whom the Democrats cannot hope to muster the super majority necessary to impeach...
