Are you kidding me, whose the righty claimin' the lefties blame all Capitalism and Christianity? Hell, Bush and his fellow NeoCons are lefties ( Troskyites that believe in permanent revolution and war) that came into the right only because the left wasn't warlike enough. A true conservative foreign policy, pre and post Cold War is basically non-interventionist and a unitary Chief Executive is not our belief either.
This is a family feud.

There must be a separate, especially gruesome level of hell for the unrepentant neo-cons. Maybe where they are randomly tortured, or sent to battle unequipped or forced to listen to each other ramble on for eternity. Maybe all of this and more.

The more you hear from these people they more you can't understand --what in the hell country do they live in. Is there an insulated bubble that all republicans (as well as bush) live in that they don't know what is going on in the world.

And what I can't understand also is this....BUSH AND CHENEY are elected officials. (Some doubt as to the legimatacy) and they are supposed to be answerable to the people who elected them. But they seem to think they are kings and can do anything they want. IT IS TIME CONGRESS REIGNS THEM IN ONCE AND FOR ALL.

Iran is a Shia nation.

Qatar is predominantly Sunni nation.

The UAE is a predominantly Sunni nation.

The Shia are a small minority in Oman. The Sunnis are also a minority - but a much larger one.

3 nations where the Sunnis have more influence than the Shia are granting overflight permission to allow attack on a predominantly Shia nation - Iran.

So, what's your point?

Sunnis and Shias are blowing each other up almost every day in Iraq.

Three Arab states in the Persian Gulf would be willing to allow the Israel Air force to enter their airspace in order to reach Iran in case of an attack on its nuclear facilities, the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Siyasa reported on Sunday.

According to the report, a diplomat from one of the gulf states visiting Washington on Saturday said the three states, Qatar, Oman and the United Arab Emirates, have told the United States that they would not object to Israel using their airspace, despite their fear of an Iranian response

The only way to stop Bush from doing anything that he wants to do (and that could be anything from attacking Iraq to renditioning American citizens) is to impeach him.

Bush has made it crystal clear that a president can do whatever he wants to do with no Congressional authorization, permission or oversight, in "a time of war." Bush has made it crystal clear that he intends to keep the nation "at war" until he leaves the White House.

I have no doubt that the next President (or a future one) won't do the same thing - the temptation to have that kind of unlimited power is just too great.

Impeachment is a tool given to us by the founders for just this kind of Executive abuse. It's also the only method that can save the democracy.

This man needs to have a one way ticket to Baghdad, or the Anbar Province. I'd be willing to pay his plane fare. It's unbelievable the uncaring, living in another world, these people live in. I'd like to shake his head off his shoulders!

PNAC? Yup, Kristol IS one of the PNAC antiamerican scumbag TRAITORS.

Bush and ALL his war criminals and their Nazi supporters like "ballless" will BURN IN HELL for their hatred and murder.

Jesus, TRAITOR Bush's "favorite philosopher" will say:

"I NEVER KNEW YOU. BEGONE, EVIL WORKERS OF INIQUITY.

TO YOUR NEW MASTER, SATAN".

Delusional… what the hell type of drugs does Bill Crystal take? Every time he opens his mouth, his words sound like he is on a LSD trip. -- CoffinsDrapedWithFlagsS-T-A-L

You're not referring to Billy Crystal, the comedian, I hope? The person we're referring to in this thread spells his name K-R-I-S-T-O-L, not C-R-Y-S-T-A-L. Why insult a perfectly good comedian by comparing him to this sorry excuse for a human being?

In June 2006, Kristol predicted “we’ll have success through pressure and sanctions, or we’ll be forced to use military action.” In August 2006, Kristol said, “I think we could be in a military confrontation with Iran much sooner than people expect.”

Typical argument from Kristol -- shoot first, and ask questions later (or better yet, don't ask questions at all). What he conveniently neglects to mention is the fact that if you have a vested interest in carrying out a particular course of action, you can almost always find a reason (or rather, an excuse) to do it if you look hard enough.
