I am sure FOX doesn’t see it that way. Just like Scooter didn’t break the law for lying, perjury, obstuction. Its legal for a Republican yet for any others, well lock them up.

I must say,that’s a good one.

The Democrats decision not to participate in debates controlled by Fox makes perfect sense when you consider the big picture. Fox clearly has embraced the far right to the extent that there is simply no reasonable person who can think of them as unbiased or even slightly biased.

By refusing to participate in these debates the Democrats have sent a message that they will not empower or legitimize a channel that desperately wants to be viewed as ‘legitimate’. The recent elections and world events have changed the fortune of the GOP (to their detriment) and empowered the Democrats.

I view this as a no lose situation the Democrats. The only individuals who will be “shocked” and “dismayed” will be those on the far right who wished the Democrats to contribute to Fox’s standing. They were lost to any Democrats’ message in any event. Fox loses standing, they are put on the defensive, and the Democrats conduct a debate where they aren’t being set up for a negative before they start.
