For the record, Bluedog49 on March 16, 2007 @ 7:12 pm claimed “No, Jake [Clinton was impeached] for ‘lying,’ not perjury.” I provided a link to the actual Articles of Impeachment, even though, yes, I know he was not convicted in the Senate. Doesn’t change the fact that Clinton was indeed “impeached” for perjury. The Senate didn’t convict on “obstruction of justice” either. He was still IMPEACHED for it.
