The fact that the White House saw it necessary to edit government reports to play down the anthropogenic nature of the current climate change, should give you an indication that they fully realize the relation between human activity and global warming is a reality.

If there were no relation, the reports wouldn’t have stated as much, and there would be nothing to “align” with the White House’s “stated policy”.

The only real solution to stop burning fossil fuels in 2007 is nuclear energy. Which is the conclusion of scientists in France, China, India, England, Australia, Russia. Actually, even here in the US. But the cultists here oppose nuclear energy.

So the people who want to “do something” about global warming are the same people who continue to cause it!

I fully understand tax cuts and help for business won’t happen. What I am looking for is to see if they can fix or end Social Security, fix or end mediaid, help our schools as they are a failure currently, help the Iraqis work towards freedom and Democracy, stop all the pork spending like they promised, stop all illegal aliens by getting tough on business and any illegal alien coming here, and removing all current illegal aliens. If they could accomplish even 1/2 of this list I would be very happy.

Do they honestly believe that Global warming is a big problem? They treat it like a nominal problem that can be handled tommorrow. They put all this effort into shredding Bush for purging some attorney’s in a dirty way while legal, yet find no time to work for change on the most important issue of all. It is sad and proves we are doomed. Man I wish someone would go to washington and actually work to fix problems instead of only work to gain more power.

It was also relevant because it shows that many of us “think” we are saving the planet when in fact our efforts are fairly meaningless in the grand scheme of things.

How can it show any such thing when it was chock-full of egregious errors of fact and questionable numbers?
