March 26th, 2007 at 3:11 pmYeah Jake, I think most people would like to see a move away from all this rampant cronyism and a move back toward a meritocracy where mutual respect is the lingua franca of political discourse. There was a time when it meant something to refer to one of our dignitaries as the Honorable Ambassador from America but that all went south with the rise of Gingrich and Delay, and John Bolton most of all. Given that, I suggest you stuff a sock in that nasty piehole you got while we work to restore a bit of honor, respect and accountability to this system.
I see this Fox circling the bowl at this point. Let’s hope I’m right.
