I wish I could sit around and f**k up good American citizens lives and then later that nite watch triple chin MC ROVE in full affect. I wish I could buy an expensive pair of shoes while the good people of New Orleans die from a crappy levee system like our favorite girl, Condo-lizard Rice. I wish I had come up with the plan to scare Americans s**tless with "TERROR" and then retire to my ranch in Crawford and have a toot of coke with my good buddy Bin Laden. BTW, has anybody seen that F**ker, he owes me money! I wish I could proclaim myself the "DECIDER" and not give a s**t about the poor and "DECIDE whats best for them and the rest of the world. I wish I had known that Americans were so stupid then I could have defrauded the U.S. Treasury to the tune of 300 trillion dollars. IMPEACH G. W. BUSH & Co.

Capt. Kirk.
That's a good point about democratic presidents putting troops in places and leaving them there!
I'm with you. We should pull out of Korea, Japan, and Europe, as well as Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. And out of Afghanistan as soon as we're done.
And stop the secret wars we've been fighting in south and central america since Carter and Reagan!

Bush will go down in history as the most prolific liar in history and the worst person to steal the oval office and be named #43. The troops will survive without Congress going on vacation, They will survive if the funds can be cut off for this debacle aka civil war. Where they will survive is coming home!

Bush is looking for more troops to send to Iraq, He has at least 500,000 he uses for props at photo ops. He never goes before an audiance that will give him hell. All his press speaches are programed to make him look good.

America cannot survive the remaining 19 months of him being in office!

[...] Think Progress accurately notes that when Congress was under Republican control, it took 86 days to pass the $82 billion 2005 supplemental, and 119 days to pass the $72 billion 2006 supplemental. Also, remember that the President has vowed to veto the supplemental spending plan passed by the House and Senate because it includes a timetable for withdrawal from Iraq, something that polls show the American electorate desires.

Now that the Democrats are checking on the money to make sure it goes to our troops and not to Bush friends he’s upset.

I believe congress should cut the funding to the Iraq war or at least put very strict oversight on the President's prosecution of the war.

However, I'd have felt a lot better if it hadn't taken quite so much pork to get our own party to vote for this funding bill. I know Nancy Pelosi got it done however she could, but we need to remember who the reps who held out for bribes are, and remind them at a later date.
