BREAKING: Bush names Swift Boat funder as ambassador.

AP reports:

“President Bush named Republican fundraiser Sam Fox as U.S. ambassador to Belgium on Wednesday, using a maneuver that allowed him to bypass Congress where Democrats had derailed Fox’s nomination. …

Recognizing Fox did not have the votes to obtain Senate confirmation, Bush withdrew the nomination last month. On Wednesday, with Congress out of town for a spring break, the president used his power to make recess appointments to put Fox in the job without Senate confirmation.

This means Fox can remain ambassador until the end of the next session of Congress, effectively through the end of the Bush presidency.”

UPDATE: The White House originally said that it had pulled Fox because “his nomination would not have passed” the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Fox donated $50,000 to the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth.

UPDATE II: Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) responds: “I seriously question the legality of the President’s use of the recess appointment authority in this instance. I intend to seek an opinion on the legality of this appointment from the General Accountability Office and invite other Senators to join with me in that request. This is underhanded and an abuse of Executive authority — sadly this behavior has become the hallmark of this administration.”

The World watches as Bush continues to lie and use tricks to get what he wants. No wonder all the Bush appointees are causing so many problems all are not qualified for the job it’s all friend ship and pay offs. Bush/Cheney are trying to do as much damage as they can before it’s over.
Most of the GOP are helping them get away with it. But as the election needs and the same corrupt GOP have to ask their voters to re elected them let’s see how they spin their cooperation with the Bush crime team.
Tell voters that Bill Clinton let thousands of troops die based on lies. The World is watching to see if Americans will take back the United States of America or give it to Mitt so he can continue the crime wave.

So Bush appoints an ambassadors while on vacation in Crawford? Well then, maybe the Senate should be able to vote on the appointment while on vacation too. Why not? With the internets and all of its various tubes it could make it possible.

  23. BlueArkansas says:

One more thing…this is par for the neocon course. Were Shrub and his cronies to actually play by the rules and conduct their business in daylight, the public would have long ago called for their heads on pikes (speaking metaphorically, of course). Conservatives today cannot engage in a dialogue on ideas—they have none—and thus they default to ad hominem attacks, fabrications, and delusional demagoguery. Likewise, conservatives cannot engage the political system according to the rule of law—their goals would never be fulfilled—and so they either subvert or ignore it.

Let the light shine on every act of this kind, and may the Republican/conservative movement personified by George W. Bush be rendered to the political ashbin for generations to come!

  58. NoMoreBush says:

Let me get this correct — Fox was part of the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth who slimed John Kerry’s service while supporting President AWOL’s service — and this was the group that the WH had no connection with when all the slime about Kerry came out and the WH said we respect Kerry’s service, but never disavowed or criticized the Swift Boaters. Well, now we know why. I don’t know what makes me madder about this administration — that it operates on an extremely unseemly, if not illegal, way or that it continuously insults my intelligence by telling the most outrageous lies or assumes that I cannot remember things from year or even days ago that always, but always contradicts its current or previous positions.

It’s too bad there is not an impeachment clause for being irretrievably stupid and presumptuous — if there were, the whole gang would be out. I say line them up and send them to the Hague anyway — war criminals that they are.

Yes. The fact that six years of such actions have resulted in ZERO consequences to him only verifies that he can do and get away with anything – because, thus far, he has.

Drafting Articles of Impeachment might show him down for a while… There’s just so much damage he can do in a week, much less 21 months…

  63. jdw says:

You wonder if the Admin is losing their minds. On one hand they’re claim that Griffin’s appointment as Interim USAG wasn’t an attempt to exploit the Patriot Act exemption to backdoor him in (despite ample documentation that it was). Then they turn around and do this obvious backdoor with Fox.

Why would any Dem in Congress want to do business with the Admin at this point? Just pass laws and let the President veto them. If it shuts down the government, fuck it. On one hand you’ll have Congress being able to point what they passed. On the other hand, you’ll have Presidential vetos and a slew of backdoor things like thing. Only the wingnuts won’t grasp the obvious.

  64. AltHippo says:

This excerpt from a CRS document, taken from this Kos link, says that while recess appointments after 3 days may invoke a political price, they’re legal:

How Long Must the Senate Be in Recess Before a President
    May Make a Recess Appointment?

The Constitution does not specify the length of time that the Senate must be in recess before the President may make a recess appointment. Over the last century, as shorter recesses have become more commonplace, Attorneys General and the Office of Legal Counsel have offered differing views on this issue. Most recently, in 1993, a Department of Justice brief implied that the President may make a recess appointment during a recess of more than three days. Appointments made during short recesses (less than 30 days), however, have sometimes aroused controversy, and they may involve a political cost for the President. Controversy has been particularly acute in instances where Senators perceive that the President is using the recess appointment process to circumvent the confirmation process for a nominee who is opposed in the Senate.

I’d say engaging is better than disengaging. It is consistent with the progressive approach to dealing with your enemies, no?

Being a conservative doesn’t make me a Republican, does I am still an Independent, plus I have said many times here that I agree more with conservative believes than I do with liberal believes, but in no shape or form does this make me a partisan hack…..

partisan comes from the word party, meaning Republican Party and Democratic Party.

there are Republicans that are liberal as well as Democrats that are conservatives and the oppossite is true. There are INdependents that are liberals as well as Independents that are conservatives.

you are too blinded by your Democrat ideology to see beyond parties.

I don’t know. A lot of people believe a lot of other nonsense… I’d rather not take the risk in some cases.

At the very least we should do what the Evolution Experts like the late Stephen Jay Gould and Richard Dawkins almost did – they agreed to write a joint letter to the NY Review stating that they would not engage the ID folks because that meant elevating their argument to a position of equality and validity. That instead, they were explaining that they wouldn’t debate ID anymore than they would Santa Claus. Unfortunately Gould died before they could complete the letter…. So, we could inform certain trolls that we won’t debate them unless they offer something worthy of debate, therefore demonstrating that it’s not about our inability to debate the issues – but their own inability to hold a credible position worthy of consideration on the matter.

    Just a thought…

However, there was a thread about Pelosi’s head scarf today that stayed pretty much on topic for over 400 posts due to the fact that the discussions was mostly about the issues.

From now on, I will scroll past your insane rants. I repeat – you aren’t worth the time because you are only interested in attacks, smears and beating your chest. Go elsewhere.

    Have a nice life.

    I totally agree.

This line of reasoning is why the Bush admin. is dealing with the enemy in the fashion they are — the enemy will not engage rationally, so dialogue is futile.

    Unbelievable,

This is the approach I have adopted when it comes to the inane and obscene “9/11 was an inside job” conspiracy theory to which so many posters here laughably (yet sadly) subscribe. Perhaps you would consider doing the same, given your “debate” the other night with such conspiracy theorists, in which despite how many holes you poked through their asburd and paranoid delusions, they refused to accept anything you had to say.

To debate them elevates their argument to a position of equality and validity to which facts and common sense dictate they are not entitled.

  99. Captain Kirk says:

    JPark,

that is because you haven’t read enough of my posts…..you want equal opportunity here it goes…

Rumsfeld f….cked up the Iraq War…I 100% was behind this war to topple Hussein, but Rumsfeld completly f….cked up what came next. He AND Bush decided not to listen to the Powell doctrine, go in strong and with overwhelming numbers…it was not done.

furthermore, while it was Clinton’s army that was there at the begining, meaning that all the equipment or lack there of was because of the Clinton years, Bush has had enough years to equip our troops as they should be equipped, with the best, of the best, of the best. There is ZERO excuse for our troops not to have the necessary armored vehicles and armored protection, IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT THE PREVIOUS PRESIDENT DID!

I believe that Bush is 100% a politician, just like Clinton was. He is as good at the game as any other seasoned politician. I no way shape or form do I think he is dumb or evil, just like I don’t think Clinton was dumb or evil.

Bush is NOT a conservative at all, Reagan would be ashamed of what Bush has done to the conservative movement.

Jpark, if you have a respectufl debate with me, i’ll respond in kind. Unbelieve has been an idiot since the first time she tried to insult me. She is a buffoon and as such I will treat her how she treats me. Equality is good, right? I am sure unbelieve is for equality, right?

I am for Civil Unions, but against gay marriages. I believe marriages is a religious thing, but civil unions is a human, legal thing. What you do behind closed doors is your problem and I am sick and tired of the right trying to open the door and point fingers at what anyone does behind closed doors.

Ann Coulter is a stupid, pathetic, skinny, ugly looking woman that does more harm to the right causes than good, just like Bill Maher and Al Franken and Rosie O’Donnell.

there are idiots and buffoons on both side of the eisle as well ass intelligent, well spoken, well informed, well educated people.

Hillary is a joke, Obama is a smart guy, but too young (political wise) to become President.

McCain is as much of a flip-flopper as Kerry, Guliani scares me, and Romney is another flip-flopper.

there are not good Presidential candidates at this moment.

I am for gun control, against abortion, for gay equal rights, for a strong military in which people don’t have to worry whether they are gay or not.

I believe that while corporation made this nation the great nation it is today, today corporation only care about the big bucks and not about employees. I think unions are also a disgrace, they were good for their time, but today they are run by big fat cats that have the same salaries as many CEOs.

so as you can see, i don’t fit neatly into any one side of the eisle

Al Qaeda? That’s debatable… I mean we aren’t lily white when it comes to that “conflict”… We have been known to have funded their leader and have taught him that violence is a viable soultion for solving other ‘conflicts’. What exactly did we expect when he had ‘conflicts’ with us? Diplomacy?

The problem is that Bush has labled the enemy as a very broad and reaching group of people and hasn’t limited his actions to defensive. He’s become a pre-emptive war machine who accuses other without substantial proof and then feels empowered by a diety that only speaks to him… Not a logical reason to support his actions. In fact, many studies have shown that the terrorist attacks in the world have increased dramatically since we invaded Iraq.

#90 The problem is there are very few actual Republicans or conservatives that come to this site for valid dialogue or debate. Most are here to insult everything left and see how much they can disrupt threads. Just look at MA and Patrick. What is their point to being on this site. They hate us, so I am guessing they have some strange borderline personality issue. Maybe mommy issues. But once they inject their crap into a thread, it is much less likely that you will get a reasoned debate out of the liberals because scum like that has already tainted the well.

  108. Captain Kirk says:

    JPark,

agreed, I am just tired of the crying from both sides, when politicians on both sides act exactly the same…..like politicians.

I am sick of the left always attacking Bush and hating him just for the sake of hating him, much like the right hate Clinton for the sake of hating Clinton.

the problem is that individuals like unbelieve and others here and in right wing sites will never accept that politicans from the right and left are all one and the same…..politicians.

It is very hard to have insightful debates with partisan hacsk whether from the right or left.

we all need to see beyond party lines and start seeing each other as Americans, not as Republicans and Democrats.

divide and conquer, right? isn’t this what ALL politicans do?

if for once the American people united against ALL politicians, these morons (from both sides of the eisle) would stop raping us (Figuratively speaking, of course)

  109. Captain Kirk says:

I mean don’t you know that that is exactly, i mean verbatum what conservatives in right wing sites will say about debating a liberal?

both sides are so closed minded, so, so closed minded and are unwilling to hear the other side of the coin…why?

  111. JPark says:

#103 I am sick of the left always attacking Bush and hating him just for the sake of hating him, much like the right hate Clinton for the sake of hating Clinton.

Honestly, nobody hates a person for the sake of hating. I could give you 100 reasons why I despise the man and his policies. The disdain of Bush was not created in a void. He brought it on himself (with the help of Rove and Cheney).

It is very hard to have insightful debates with partisan hacsk whether from the right or left.

So, by your definition if someone has strong beliefs that happen to be left or right, they are hacks? What about people who have strong centrist beliefs? Are they hacks?

we all need to see beyond party lines and start seeing each other as Americans, not as Republicans and Democrats.

It is too late for that. There is a lot of cleaning up to do. The Bush administration has done a whole lot of damage to the country with the help of a rubber stamp Republican Congress. Who do you think it falls to to do the cleanup since the Republicans are disinclined.

if for once the American people united against ALL politicians, these morons (from both sides of the eisle) would stop raping us (Figuratively speaking, of course)

The hallmark of this entire Bush administration has been nothing but abuse of authority and utter contempt of the rule of law.

It would be easier in a dictatorship, as long as I’m the dictator-George W. Bush

The Constitution is just a god damn piece of paper-George W. Bush

I can only pray that our generals have had enough and do to Bush/Cheney what German generals tried to do to Hitler on 20 July 1944.

  122. Captain Kirk says:

    JPark,

I completly agree that Republicans became what they promise they weren’t going to become back in 1994 when they won.

Democrats didn’t give much oversight the one year they were in power along with Clinton, but that is NOT an excuse.

I do believe that our government works better when two different parties are in control of Congress and the White House. I don’t think it is good when one party controls all branches of government. You become too comfortable and start doing things you would never do if the other party was looking over your shoulder.

Now I believe that Democrats are out for blood a lot more than they are for oversight. example…..Harry Reid was for a troop surge until Demceber 2006 when the President announce his idea for a tropp surge.

In fact there are many quotes from Bush saying that he didn’t want the troop surge that many Democrats wanted….but the second that Bush agreed with Democrats on a troop surge what happened? Democrats that were for it, went against it…..politics at play and NOt the best interest of America or Iraqis.

i believe that Democrats are over reaching right now and are 100% misreading why they won this past election.

They won it because people were tired of corruption, not because people wanted us to pull out of Iraq and stop fighting the War on Terror.

I also believe that you can’t hate someone unless you know them personally. As much as I may dislike a person, it is impossible to hate somone you have never met.

as for the hacks, yes, there are hacks all over the place that close their mind and can’t believe for a second that they may be wrong, centrists, right wingers, left wingers, all can be hacks. I don’t think a partisan hack is someone that falls to the right left or center, but rather someone that is 100% unwilling to even think that they may be wrong and that they put party ID over American progress.

As for Democrats strengthening our ethic rules, well I don’t know. Murtha, Jefferons, Pelosi, Reid, not exactly the bastions of ethics when it comes to Congress, but yes, oversight is good and that is something that Republicans didn’t do with this administration.

He hadn’t been president for 3 years, we could have handled Afghanistan, but he spread the military thin invading a country over made up intelligence. It’s the fault of those who decided to send us to war! They had a decision to make, wait 6 months and gear up the war machine, or prematurely ejaculate. (something you sound familiar with). Don’t forget Clinton did not control the purse strings during much of his term, that was a republican congress.

There whole plan was to show that a war could be fought with fewer soldiers.

so, if we go with Al franken’s logic the lack of armored vehicles and vest during the first months of the war was the fault of who?

anyway, as I stated before, I agree with Al franken, the first months and even the first year of the Afghan war it was Clinton’s army there, but after that Bush should have gotten everything for our armed forces.

and very true, Rumsfeld since as far back as the 1980s has been for a smaller, quicker, more techy armed forces.

Pure evil, what?? And precisely which side is the “pure evil”. Wow! This guy has totally gone over the edge this time!

Soon he’ll be pelted with anything handy just like his slimebag #1 man, RoveReich was at American University by the students. Any wonder why collegians are overwhelmingly supporting Barak Obama?

The Bush Cabal and their shenanigans and chicanery is THE best PR for any Democratic candidate, bar none! Keep the chicanery coming, Bushies….keep it coming….it’s tanking your party in 08 and may bring about the total disintegration of the Republican Party before Bush leaves office.

I once was for impeachment; now I’m not so sure. Actually, allowing these idiots to exhibit their idiocy only recruits people for the “democratic cause” – taking back this democracy from special interest, mega corporations, war profiteers, and slimey politicos.

So why even bring up Clintons name, did you read what I said? REPUBNUTS controlled congress for Clintons term. It’s also the last congress fault. Are you all so Jealous of clinton’s BJ that 7 years after he’s left office you still bring him up?

Again you claim to be independent, but all you do is spew RIGHT WING republican bullcrap. If haven’t heard an independent thought out of your head yet.

So if you want to act like a grown up, you might get treated like one, until then despite what you’ve been spewing, we are not weak, and we’ll attack right back. And most “left leaning” people on here wouldn’t waste time on a right wing site, know why? If after all the BS Bush and the last congresses pulled on America, and they’re not smart enough to stop supporting them, going to their sites would be a waste of time. It’s only you right wingers who come here thinking you can “preach to us”.

It’s a lesser of two evils, and while they’re all politicians, you gotta make a choice. And I feel the choice I’ve made is the right one, at least my politicians talk about doing the right thing, you know like raising minimum wage, national health care, congressional and presidential oversight, global warming, and many other issues that affect all of us.

  157. veritas says:

#103 The more accurate assessment of your premise is that people dispise George Bush not for the sake of hating him, per se; he’s making it virtually impossible for anyone in this country to respect him. He acts like a demented cowboy, a schoolyard bully, has no sense of diplomacy & tact, and has basically destroyed this democracy in one fell swoop. And you say that people enjoy hating him for the sake of hating?? au contraire you brainwashed troll….au contraire! Bush has brought it on by the stolen elections, by his sitting reading with 6 year olds while the WTC collapsed, sitting on his fat rump while thousands perished in Katrina, the ongoing lies…the blaming of fall guys instead of acting like a true commander in chief and realizing that, unless one is a total wimp, the “buck stops right on his desk”….he is irresponsible, unaccountable, and believes himself to be above the law. Fortunately, for the people who uphold this constitution, we will see to it that he is investigated for his criminal activities this time (not like his expunged DUI, drug arrests, etc.) No, not this time!

In fact, the largest “overreaching” this man did was to rig the election in Ohio in 2004, yeparoo! His lust for power and personal greed made it irresistible, didn’t it? He could have left office in 2004 with at least a facade of respect and dignity following him…..but his critical error in judgment was allowing enough time for the people to get a belly full of his charades and disrupt his congressional usurpation by giving Dems the majority. Now, his legacy will certainly be “the most corrupt president in history” as his last days will be filled with daily scandals and skeletons being drawn out of every nook and cranny of his administration. He’ll be fortunate to walk out of office and not have to be hospitalized for schizophrenia before his term is up.

This is the case of a very sick man. He is sicker than the people realize and certainly getting more psychologically compromised with each passing day….

  158. veritas says:

sorry about the caps guys….didn’t realize they were on!

  159. Spudge_Boy says:

    Captain Kirk,

Did you know that you are talking about a different subject than I am?

    Here’s you.

did you know it was the left, mainly Al Franken who started the whole thing that the armed forces that went into Afghanistan was Clinton’s armed forces? not the right, but the left…

    Here’s me.

That is why we attacked Iraq with so few soldiers. There whole plan was to show that a war could be fought with fewer soldiers.

Myself and most of the people here don’t have a problem with the war in Afghanistan. You won’t hear this from right wing radio. They would have you believe we are all against every war and are anti-military. That is just plain silly. I was in the military during Desert Storm. I am for killing terrorists and believe that we should be fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan and fighting al Qaida in Pakistan. Iraq is a huge waste of time, money and most importantly American lives.

  165. s says:

Wow. I think the comments on “to respond or not respond” to trolls are great. Here are some questions/points:

    1. Has a troll ever listened and responded to a liberal point of view aside from bashing it? –con’t
    2. i.e. Has a troll ever said, “I see your point”

    3. There are different levels of trolls…true. What makes them different?

    4. I think we should engage those that rarely say something reasonable. Though to me “troll” means unreasonable. So, ignore the taunts and trolls
that just hang around everyday inserting 1 or 2 line flames.

    5. There was a time when responding to their attacks was more important and we did nothing – 3-6 years ago for instance. Now, with their talking points and stink bombs getting more and more weak and transparent, I don’t see the point. I think at this point we need to form a more united Progressive bond/group. Comment more on good progressive comments and develope those. Support them. That means not letting trolls trash the converstation and turn it into witty shit piles. God knows we’d all like to put them in their places…….I wasn’t going to be that polite..

    6. The right wings days are over.

    7. Some trolls will try to re-engage and re-enter the conversation by throwing out a one line question ( usually offensive. )
Ala Fox New’s tactic. They couldn’t care less about an answer. The point is to wiggle into the discussion. I won’t oblige them.

    8. The trolls with big words have to be carefully read. If they merit a response, respond. If it’s just more fancy shit, do not.
    Thoughts for the day.

  166. Bluedog49 says:

Captian Kirk: “I believe that while corporation made this nation the great nation it is today, today corporation only care about the big bucks and not about employees. I think unions are also a disgrace, they were good for their time, but today they are run by big fat cats that have the same salaries as many CEOs.

so as you can see, i don’t fit neatly into any one side of the eisle”

Yikes. Dude, where do you get your ideas? Average CEO pay is about 100 times the average for union leaders. And, wise up. Corporations did not make this nation great. If anything, corporations are ruining the nation. The Founders of our nation had a deep distrust of corporations. You had to dismantle any corporation after 40 years and it was illegal for any corporation to own shares in another corporation until the 1880’s. Until the late 19th century, it was a criminal offense in most states for a corporation to give to any political campaign.

You keep complaining that libs don’t want to engage or debate you in a civil manner. Maybe a good start would be for you to get your facts straight about something.

Hiya Zooey! Things are OK, We had a protest at our local Wal-mart the other day, I’ll be in Detroit on Monday for a local antiwar protest, and another antiwar protest in Port Huron in 2 weeks.

If michael thinks sending my posts to the cia scares me, he don’t know me very well at all. after Vietnam, do you really think I give a sh*t about what the gov’t thinks of me? Come to think of it, the navy marked me as a ‘troublemaker’ while I was in the service. So, nothing has changed there.

  169. trippin says:

“so, if we go with Al franken’s logic the lack of armored vehicles and vest during the first months of the war was the fault of who?”

Answer — the filthy dirty lying war profiteering sonofabitches that got us into that war of choice in the first place. An unbelieveable rush to war in fact: rushed before the evidence contrary to the pack of lies surfaced. Before stories like Joe Wilson’s increased in frequency. “Ohhhhh we gotta go to war with the army we got, not the one we want…” That’s who.

These bastards will never — EVER — place accountability for this disaster on anyone but themselves.

Yeah, I know, everything is Clinton’s fault. You should hear how people laugh at your sorry ass for saying something so bone-deep stupid. Is that all you’ve got? Do you remember the surplus Clinton handed this drunken sailor? Oh, hell no — have to fall back on the Republican Party motto for that one: “I can’t recall.”

Next we’ll be hearing some nonsense about fighting them over there instead of fighting them over here, like al Qaeda was some great big hairy purple monster that can only be in one place at a time. Or some jibberjabber about not caring if the government is listening to your phone calls without a warrant because you have nothing to hide. Or some spittle-punctuated yammering about how torture is just fine because these heathens haven’t accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and so are going straight to Hell anyhow.

Whatever drug-addled Viagra-deviant Rush Limbaugh and that peculiarly stupid water boy Hannity are dishing out as talking points this week. Or the sloped forehead of Neandrathal who calls himself The Savage Weiner. Or Loofaboy. Yammer, yammer, yammer. Not one — not one — original thought. In fact, dare speak an original thought and Loofaboy cuts your mic. Yammer, yammer, yammer, all in one big maniacal circle, like a troop of masturbating baboons.

In response to an expression of outrage that our country would condone torture, I’ve been confronted with statments like “where’s your outrage about the beheadings?” I literally had to explain that I’m outraged about a lot of things. It was only then I realized: conservatives only have the capacity to harbor outrage about one thing at a time. It’s the old thing about walking and chewing gum — you know what I mean. Based on that revelation, it’s obvious that the conservatives’ outrage slot still holds Clinton in it, so all the outrageous criminal activity that’s been happening lately passes by unnoticed.

Zooey; lifers would quote to me. “yours is not to reason why, but to do and die”. My response was to quote back to them the Nuremberg rulings about ‘I was only following orders is no defense”, and that soldiers are not to submit blindly to higher ranking authorities, and it is not only a soldier’s right but his duty to question orders. That did not sit well with the lifers, along with my antiwar sentiments-hence, the ‘troublemaker’ entry in my file.

  173. Uncle Ho says:

michael; just for the record. If I were face-to-face with Bush or Cheney, I would have NO problem spitting in their eyes and call them murdering war criminals- which they are. “Savages speak their insults to a man’s face” someone once said.

#225 Yes, they have. Your turn. Make sense for once.

  235. JPark says:

#228 You need to have an IQ over 80 to insult somebodies intelligence so just stop.

  236. JPark says:

#223 That made me laugh. It is so true.

“Michael, my five-year-old is already in bed…. maybe you can try him next time. He yells ‘DID SO’ really loudly,

You need your 5 year old to help you debate me? You can’t do it on your own?

  238. michael says:

“#160 I fully agree. I tried to engage Captain Kirk because I thought he might be worthwhile to talk to. I was clearly wrong. He is a stinking righty troll that would get along well with Michael, Patrick and Tranny. I won’t make that mistake again.

Speaking of intelligence, you need to learn spelling and punctuation!

That’s rich, coming from the moron who can’t capitalize his own name, and over uses the “!” and “?” keys to an insane level.

    Loser.

  241. JPark says:

#234 You might want to try your own advice, Gump. Nobody ever accused you of being precise in your posts.

  242. JPark says:

#233 Try you? I think not. I am straight.

You are a waste of time, you never say anything but a variation of “DID NOT” or “DID TOO”. You type well for a preshooler (oh but you might wnat to caps that M in Michael). My son could help you with a few pointers, though – he’s graduated beyond that.

  244. TerrytheTurtle says:

oops typos ‘wnat’ is a strange word, eh? And ‘preshooler’ etc – he he. Fingers are tired….should I let my son read his Harry Potter book to me, or should I spend more time reading Michael’s pointless drivel. ….hmmm…

    Easy — Harry Potter. :)

  247. JPark says:

#240 He did just proposition me so that is my guess. I have never been propositioned by such a disgusting one though.

  248. JPark says:

#241 For giggles, let Mikey read Harry Potter to you. Actually, make that My Pet Goat, it is more his speed.

Maybe one day the Mighty Valiant Hag will hit on you — much worse.

  250. Zooey says:

Awww, where did Big Gay Michael go?

I wanted to welcome him into the liberal fold — and thank him for falling prey to The Liberal Agenda.

  251. JPark says:

#244 Oh, god!!! That one has a huge Adam’s apple!!!!

  252. JPark says:

#245 Shhh, little Mikey is just testing the waters. He isn’t ready to come out of the closet!!

#248 Come on, Zooey, don’t be so harsh. He hasn’t even learned how to speak in full sentences.

  257. Uncle Ho says:

michael; you’re an idiot. I have no doubt the gov’t has a dossier on me a mile thick, dating back from the Vietnam war. So go f*ck yourself.

  258. Douglas G. says:

Slick Willie Clinton made 139 recess appointments during his eight years. in office, 95 to full-time positions. Bush is up to 101 full time positions. What makes this different than the previous 195 appts between the 2 presidents?
