“The public would be much better served to have another attorney general,” said Newt Gingrich. “I cannot imagine how he’s going to be effective for the rest of his administration. They’re going to be involved in endless hearings.”

All this time I thought Gonzalez was nothing more than an anti-Constitution America-hating fascist-enabling sleaze with no concept of law or ethics, but if Newt want’s him out, then he’s gotta be a good man. There has to be a side to A.G. that I’ve missed.

April 8th, 2007 at 2:13 pmNewt is an assh**e of the first order, so who cares that he agrees with most Americans on this issue? He’s running for prez – he wants to be sure he is on the popular side of this issue which won’t affect his campaign in the least.
While Newt was having an affair he called for Bill Clinton to resign for oh yes having an affair. Newt’s first wife was in the hospital as he asked for a divorce while having an affair. The good honest religious Republican that he is he was having another affair while married for the second time. Now he calls for Gonzo to resign for lying under oath. President Newt would have the whore White House if elected and bring back that Contract of America that no Ameerican had heard offf. Why is he on TV anyway. Does he represent Republican moral values? Even the Spanish people want Gonzo out so there goes the race card defense.

Whatever Gonzales is making now, he’ll be making two or three times that in the private sector. Newt is living in an expensive house in McLean, Virginia. If he was still Speaker of the House, I doubt if he could afford such an expensive house.
Gonzales should take Newt’s advice.
