The Republican Jewish Coalition highlights the baseless Washington Post editorial in a new 30 second attack ad against Pelosi’s trip to Syria. It contains no mention of the five Republicans who traveled there as well last week. The tag line: “Tough? No. Dangerous and very wrong.” Watch it:
It’s baaaack.
TP is gonna fire up the delete machine on this one. I like the people of Isreal, I disagre with their national policy. I bet there are lots of hot Isreali women.
April 10th, 2007 at 11:20 pm…
“And she’s totally a CHICK dude!”
…
April 10th, 2007 at 11:22 pmResponse: another trip. Go to Iraq, Nancy, to discuss distribution of oil to Iraqis.
Stick it to them.
Democrats, go on junkets to all the countries Bush has alienated.
When he complains, do it some more.
Bush is a huge failure. He can’t lead. Iraq is the proof. Katrina is the proof. Abu Ghraib is the proof. Walter Reed is the proof.
Democrats have to do it for him.
That’s the message.
April 10th, 2007 at 11:23 pm…
Back to the kitchen, woman!

April 10th, 2007 at 11:23 pmWelcome to the United States of Israel., or is it China, maybe Dubi…..Blessings, we need them…Peace, demand it….Impeach them all, jail and seize their assets…
April 10th, 2007 at 11:23 pmRemember: Travel to Syria is ok only if you are a Republican.
April 10th, 2007 at 11:23 pmI bet there are lots of hot Isreali women.

They could probably break you in half. :D
April 10th, 2007 at 11:24 pm#5 It seems to be fair to Israelis and Palestinians. They both suck, actually. Israel is pulling ahead for a runaway win with all of the Zionists we have in the US.
April 10th, 2007 at 11:27 pm…
I thiink it’s funny that these idiots
started making this commercial before
this bullshit got debunked. Now it’s finally
out and it’s SUCH old news, and SO wrong.

April 10th, 2007 at 11:39 pmWhen will our politicians tell the shitty little state of Isreal and their stupid lobby to get f’ed.
Hopefully in my lifetime. They have nothing to offer besides smears, and 1/2 truths.

What a man…. :)
April 10th, 2007 at 11:48 pmIs it just an extended version of “we’ll help you because of WWII”? Is that why we put our assess so far out for Izzy.
April 10th, 2007 at 11:50 pm#11 LOL, I think every straight male within a certain age limit would say bring it on about women breaking them in half :)
April 10th, 2007 at 11:52 pmWho even knows who authorized the ad. It’s probably Rove and the RNC blaming the Jewish Coalition because they know they’re in deep shit.
April 10th, 2007 at 11:56 pmNothing is beyond Bush, Cheney and Rove.
LOL, I think every straight male within a certain age limit would say bring it on about women breaking them in half :)

The two of you are hilarious. :D
April 10th, 2007 at 11:59 pmBring it on, straight to the front pages. This dialogue is way overdue.
What a freakin’ grift… if only people knew.
The last thing anybody sets out to be, is a sucker…

April 11th, 2007 at 12:11 amWhen will our politicians tell the shitty little state of Isreal and their stupid lobby to get f’ed. -Ohboy
Well, I think, you have a basic misunderstanding, there is in fact a dovish Jewish group that is looking for peaceful solution.

April 11th, 2007 at 12:41 amThis is weird. Am I the only one who sees the word “Reich” when I look at this group’s web address – http://www.rjchq.org? Everytime I just glance at it, subliminally, I see the word “Reich”. Anyone else see it?
April 11th, 2007 at 1:49 amI see the word “Reichâ€. Anyone else see it?
Comment by the republic of stupdity
Well yes,yes I do.
April 11th, 2007 at 1:58 amHA HA HA!
When you have “people” attacking Pelosi for no real reason, you know she’s doing something right!
Those freaks of nature, which I see now includes RepubliCON Jewish coalition, are just jealous and SCARED.
Living it and LOVING it! :-)
April 11th, 2007 at 2:07 amWow, she’s pretty even in attack ads. They’re so screwed.
Keep piling on Speaker Pelosi, because America really does need to see how the right is nothing BUT hate.
And the ME needs to see that the American government is not the lowest common denominator of all the evil Bushco represents.
April 11th, 2007 at 2:21 amSame tactics but the audience is not the same. Even the stupid know what is going on and, as for the insane 28%, the lunatics are beyond help anyway.
April 11th, 2007 at 2:24 amNo one has mentioned the Washington Post in this sordid affair.
I have always felt as if I were the only one who has been onto the Washington Post’s hypocrisy of pretending to be a Progressive paper, while keeping a constant regressive editorial policy, since I first started reading the rag in 1968.
They are now showing their TRUE colors. While the folks at the Post are still filthy regressives, at least they are not hypocrites anymore. They are what the have ALWAYS been, but now they are out in the open!
April 11th, 2007 at 3:17 amKarl Rove set this entire charade up in advance.
April 11th, 2007 at 3:22 amThis Jewish Coalition is not making a good, legitimate name for itself by attacking world leaders and legislators for visiting and speaking with a leader of a longtime and established sovereign nation. Would they give a damn if Pelosi had visited Thailand? Or Zambia? I do not think this is a very successful strategy, if its mission is to create a community of dedicated and ethical policymakers. I think the organization only comes off as overreactive, whiny, and irrationally overly demanding of American political leaders. Pelosi is not the Speaker of the House to serve Jewish Republicans. She is there to serve this entire country’s needs. While individual groups’ needs must be taken into consideration, diplomacy must always be the first avenue of inter-nation discourse. She owes it to all of us, particularly to our safety, to at least engage in talks with world leaders–even world leaders that some of our allies may not get along or agree with. AND NOT TO MENTION THAT REPUBLICAN LAWMAKERS WERE ALSO IN SYRIA THAT WEEK. So that group better make an ad attacking their fellow party leaders… even though we all know it won’t.
April 11th, 2007 at 3:28 amAh, reich-wingers and their selective outrage.
A delegation headed by Pelosi travels to Syria? She is the devil incarnate. Not a word about the Republicans who went with her.
Two Republican delegations travel to Syria? Total silence from the conservative camp.
April 11th, 2007 at 4:15 amJewish Republican Coalition? LOL Bill Donahue must have a Jewish half-brother. Oh, please Jackie Mason! Shut up with the shtick already!
April 11th, 2007 at 5:40 amDat was jewish sc*m of the worst kind.Something the “great” Lie-bermann would be proud of.The good thing is these monsters show their true face.
April 11th, 2007 at 6:00 amAs Bill Maher says, “Traitors don’t get to question my patriotism.”
April 11th, 2007 at 6:23 amweird stuff. it’ll just make more people hate israel.
April 11th, 2007 at 6:38 am#31. Sounds like you hate Israel enough already for all of us. I suspect you don’t really need an excuse anyhow.
April 11th, 2007 at 6:55 amShlomo, everybody in this world hates warmongers.Traditionally israeli politicians have ranked among the worst warmongers of all times.
Sorry dude but there is just one reality.
April 11th, 2007 at 6:58 amThe PNAC plan pushers are unhappy with a US dialogue with Syria, they like to see our troops fighting in the streets of Syrian cities for years to come…just like we are doing now in Iraqi cities .
Pelosi need to ignore these people, who seem to have no way out of the current crisis, and willing to get US in another war.
In her last speech to AIPAC annual meeting in Washigton D.C. she did not receive a warm welcome because she does not support more war mongering against Syria and Iran… Wonder who payed for these ads !!
April 11th, 2007 at 7:05 amPelosi’s hard work and energy, make aWol the vacationer look worse everyday. At this point the well organized, very loud, right wing noise machine is working 24/7. Pelosi scares them. I do not believe it is working as well as they might wish.
April 11th, 2007 at 8:03 amI’ve been waiting for the AIPAC-related connection to surface. It’s just their sort of seek and destroy mission.
April 11th, 2007 at 8:15 amThe coalition of war profiteers are coming out of hiding to attack Pelosi. You go girl and she’ll make a fantastic VP or President soon.
April 11th, 2007 at 8:52 amI’m reading a book at present which details the involvement of Isreal as the front agents for the United States in Central America.
April 11th, 2007 at 8:53 amSickening stuff, the flow of arms and money to the right wing dictators and their death squads.
Anybody give thought that Rep. Pelosi may be in violation of the Logan Act?
April 11th, 2007 at 9:11 amLooked like a good ad to me. The Republicans that travelled to Syria were NOT third in line for the Presidency.
April 11th, 2007 at 9:20 am39. Ever read the Constitution? It gives Pelosi authority even though king boy Bush can’t understand it and thus US and Iraqi citizens are rejecting his lame ideas about democracy for the privileged.
April 11th, 2007 at 9:49 amThis criticism of Nancy Pelosi going to Syria is nothing more than the right desperately trying to establish traction for a non-issue to divert public attention from the endless stream of real disasters of this administration.
April 11th, 2007 at 9:55 amLieberman.
April 11th, 2007 at 10:25 am#39
April 11th, 2007 at 10:27 amIt doesn’t apply.
2 words ….. F#@% AIPAC!!!!!!
Digg it??
April 11th, 2007 at 10:31 am.

Ah yes, the same Syrian president who tortured Canadian Maher Arar after Bushco. sent him to Syria against his will.
Hypocrisy has no bounds with this criminal administration.
April 11th, 2007 at 10:32 am.

Hey…um, before y’all in the comments start attacking Jews and Zionists, remember that 89+% of them are democrats and progressives. Even though the GOP tried to woo American Jews, they’ve failed miserably.
Some of you above who hide your anti-Jewish feelings, behind your comments above, ought to watch what you’re saying.
K, thanks.
April 11th, 2007 at 10:37 amDid Joe Liberman pay for this ad??
April 11th, 2007 at 11:45 amYeah, she also talks to Bush and Cheney who are also responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent victims.
April 11th, 2007 at 3:52 pmThey love that photo of Pelosi in a headscarf …
But Jews and Gentiles alike are supposed to wear yarmulkes or veils if they’re visiting any designated Jewish site.
Appalling.
