What if they destroy (burn or something) all the hard drives that have deleted e mails on them? Or throw them away or remove them to remote location before anyone gets to them to retrieve them from the hard drives?

The emails will be on tape. Repeat, the emails will be on tape. Donâ€™t try to tell me that the hosting company didnâ€™t run backups. Even if the RNC has its own data center donâ€™t try to tell me they didnâ€™t run backups. If the tapes are erased then whoever did it is guilty of obstruction. Repeat, erasing the tapes is an act of obstruction.

Thats exactly the point I was making several posts up. The backup medium could be tape, optical or magnetic drive, but whatever the medium, I’d be subpeonaing the backups AND the logs.

The LOGS will SHOW what emails are supposedly missing.

They have to find evidence so extraordinary that it will force the Pugnants to vote for impeachment. They are doing the right thing. This is a cat and mouse but I can all but guarantee Leahy et al are a step a head.

When they advised them not to get rid of emails, they probably already had their experts finding ways to EXTRACT this information. Now it is one thing for them to have another email server but the question is did they have another NETWORK installed in the whitehouse.

If everything was still transferred via WH servers, there are ways. And the only way for them to know for certain those emails are destroyed are if they did 7 things which I won’t name as to not give them any expertise. These things are not easy to accomplish because there are still ways to establish time gaps; hence hiding things.

THEY CAN STILL BE CAUGHT. The attorney firing shit is just the tip of the iceberg. Cheney had the shredders at his house last year.
