it is agreeing to the Senate Judiciary Committee’s request for how to choose someone to help recover some lost e-mails involving official presidential business.” But as David Kurtz notes, “The Senate gets to help pick who will find the emails but the White House still hasn’t agreed to let the Senate see the emails once they are found. Ah, compromise.”

The Democrats better get tough quickly, no more mister nice guy, because if all these crooks walk I will have a hard time voting for them. And I certainly don’t want to be an “independent.” I’ve seen member of that club, the Jakes and other trolls, and I don’t want to be part of that group.

If the WH has agreed to have an independent come in to help recover the missing emails in all likelyhood the servers/hard drives that they resided on have been overwritten multiple times to make forensic recovery of those emails impossible.
I believe the process to effectively destroy what resides on a hard drive for information is to overwrite the entire drive at least seven times. You can’t overwrite selectively which is probably the reason for the millions of emails reportidly come up missing.
I hope I am wrong but will tell if those missing emails (especially Rove’s) ever get to see the light of day.

April 14th, 2007 at 4:01 pmROve thought it was Okay to use NON-governmental nbank accounts to put the government’s money, just like it was OK to use non-gevernmental email accounts to do governmental business.
I think the next two countries we need to invade are Switzerland, and the Cayman Islands. And “shake, shake, shake our looty” free of those corruption hiding numbered bank accounts.

All 1700 workers for the administration should be locked out of their offices and all papers and computers siezed immediately.
