‘The Decider’ speaks.
Yesterday at an event in Ohio, President Bush, aka “The Decider,” explained to the audience, “My job is a job to make decisions. I’m a decision — if the job description were, what do you do — it’s decision-maker. And I make a lot of big ones, and I make a lot of little ones.” Watch it:

To illustrate the decision-making pressures of his job, Bush said he had to make his “first decision” right before he got sworn in. Bush: “And the phone rang, and the head usher at the White House said, ‘President-elect Bush.’ I said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘What color rug do you want in the Oval Office?’”

It was the thread regarding a christian who felt that homosexuality could be prevented by showering with your father at a young age.

It’s a minor detail, but a subtle reminder to the base as to why the rug needed to be replaced. My guess is that Bush is laying the groundwork for republicans just in case Hillary wins the democratic nomination.
