Rebuild the infrastructure. Solution? Build forts inside Baghdad. Level cities. Build walls around neighborhoods. Apply more pressure to get the Iraqi government to sign the oil contracts. Not considered: U.N. Peacekeepers. Maybe after the oil contracts are signed, sealed and delivered. I’d like to know where all those cars are coming from!
