Everyone has an opinion about this war, and thats fine! You know why? Because our country allows us to think for ourselves and have our own opinions, and to share those opinions with whoever we want. I mean sure, we wish some people wouldn’t share there’s, but still… isn’t it great that we are given that right? Something in me just has to agree with what we are doing in Iraq is right, that it will make a difference, and that maybe oneday in the future, the people of Iraq will be able to say the same.

Now, I don’t listen to Glenn Beck. I actually don’t even care to. Not that I disagree with what he says, but what he says won’t change my own opinion. I came to this site because I was assigned a debate… a debate on the war in iraq, and the only reason I’m writing is to show how much we practice our democracy, how we live it out everyday! Everyone on here is fussing and arguing, and blatantly, when it comes down to it, we just want people to listen!

I just wish people would realize that the people in Iraq deserve that freedom too.

I watched your show Hard Line Prime on the “End of Days” 04/27/2007 9:30 PM, and I have some thoughts regarding the Second coming of Christ, and the great day of his wrath or 7 year tribulation.

This was not mentioned about how near the tribulation could actually be: Matthew 24:33,34 “So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.” This rules out the notion that it’s a very long way off!

You probably know vastly much more that I know about world current events. I take the Bible scriptures at face value; it means what it says, and says what it means and I believe it liturely.

Because I’m more of a nuts and bolts guy, I look for sceincetific astronomical events. Remember the 21 asteroids the hit Jupiter back in 1995 (Levi 5 I think they call it)? Well, there are 21 judgments in the 7-year tribulation. For me, this event was a warning shot telling us to wake up.

The scripture that have intrigued me are Revelation chapter 8 and chapter 9.
Revelation chapter 8 describes a solar asteroid storm that may be bigger in breath than our solar system and headed directly for our sun. This great body of mass has an ice front that earth passes through, then within it mass car size, city size, and mountain size asteroids, then at its core a huge planet asteroid. The “green grass” gets burned up as the earth passes through the ice front etc.. You can see why people will die of fear during this event.

There is evidence that this solar asteroid storm is headed our way. If you take star maps from 50 years ago, and overlay that star maps of today you will find missing stars. There are stars that can no longer be seen because this massive asteroid storm is blocking its view.
Another very recent discovery finding is the new black hole that is passing through our galaxy. You can see its effects on the Internet. Several stars circled around it in a very short time, and were flung out, as they got close.

Revelation chapter 9 describes China very accurately. China now has this great army, and all this advanced technology (that we gave them) will kill in battle one third of mankind or about 2 billion people right after the asteroid storm of revelation chapter 8. There are now over 2 million Chinese troops in Sudan on the boarder of Saudi Arabia.

The seal’s judgments are very much a mystery to me because of the 6th seal at the end of chapter 6. Notice the statement of the 6th seal after what appears to be an all out nuclear war; Revelation 6:17 says, “For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?” After the 6th seal is opened the world recognizes that they are in the tribulation period, but what about the first 5 seals that are opened. The people that were left behind after the rapture and turned to Jesus were all killed at the 5th seal, and then many thousands will turn to Jesus and not receive the “Mark of the Beast” and be put to death. Ref. Revelation 20:4.

The question about Babylon, your hosts did not seemed prepared to answer when they thought it would be rebuilt. It should be tackled on your show when scholarly men are prepared to discuss it at length. Some say Babylon represents the United States of America, other say no it’s the historic city rebuilt. Do you think by the answers they gave on your program that there is time to build such great city as described in Revelation 18? I don’t. Babylon, to me describes America without born-again Christians, not the historical city in Iraq, but that’s my guess.

One of the things, that I believe, will indicate to me that Christ return is upon us is the destruction of the “Mosque of Omar” that sits on the temple mount. Another thing will be the uncovering of Noah’s Ark on mount Ararat.

And finally, the destruction of the born-again Christian may come in sooner than we know. Born-again Christians will be hunted down and killed, as they are already in Europe, Asia, China, Africa, then at last in America. I’ve always said that when the dogs are chasing us born-again Christians through the woods, then the rapture. If they find out that you’re a born-again Christian at work, then you are terminated. Lucky you, you still have a job! The Lord bless you as you fight the good fight of faith. You could also discuss the difference between the “Rapture”, and the “First Resurrection” and the difference in the trumpets of Matthew 24:30,31 Revelation 20:4,5,6 and the Rapture in I Corinthians 15:51, 52 and I Thessalonians 4:13-18.

As a veteran I have a few questions for the chickenhawk posters here:

If we were victims of an attack on 9/11, how does that make us responsible to “fix” the middle-east problems? Obviously you care more about the international “global village” than you do about America’s own sovereignty.

If we were attacked on 9/11, why can’t we split Iraq into three seperate states and be done with it? If that makes Iran too powerful, then it can be dealt with seperately. YOU are sending soldiers to die for your global vision of a modernist middle-east.

I also don’t understand how neocons can say, on one hand that “islamo-fascism” is a culture of death, and we need to get them before they get us, and then turn around and ask why don’t we believe that Iraqis deserve the same chance at democracy as everyone else and anyone who thinks they don’t want democracy must be a “rascist”. Uh…gee, you attention deficit retards, didn’t you just say they were a culture of death? That just might at least suggest that the fundamental differences between our two cultures are great enough that democracy simply won’t work in the mideast.

You people will say anything to drag this war out, if you were real patriots you would demand that we stop using our troops as bait, unleash the full potential of our military on our enemies, split up nations that oppose us and parcel them out to their neighbors, but international corporations want a bunch of small nation states that don’t have enough power to resist the globalization of markets, so our troops are unnecesarily in harm’s way to defend their sick global vision.

You and your pathetic president are the true traitors to America and its soldiers. Osama is laughing his ass off that Bush is actually trying to “win the hearts and minds” of our enemies. This war fails because it is fundamentally based on a Marxist strategy – give the common people among our enemies material wealth and they will cease to be our enemies and give us what we want. Read Thomas Barnett (a supporter of the war) sometime and you will educate yourself about who and what Bush is really fighting for, and I’ll warn you its not about preserving America.

Beck is a commentator – comparable to the editorial writers or columnists at most newspapers – and an odious example of what can go wrong when you give a pinhead an hour a night to spout off just because the religious right contends your network isn’t conservative enough.

Let’s boycot his advertisers – and O’Really’s and Hannity’s, et al, as well – and send the advertisers e-mails telling them why!
