White House excludes bomb deaths in casualty counts.
“Car bombs and other explosive devices have killed thousands of Iraqis in the past three years, but the administration doesn’t include them in the casualty counts it has been citing as evidence that the surge of additional U.S. forces is beginning to defuse tensions between Shiite and Sunni Muslims.”

It just wasn’t possible that Saddam could hide nuclear processing plant from the world given sanctions, inspectors, and satellite monitoring. Also if you go back and check the cartons in major newspaper editorial pages during that time, they all were making fun of Bush not being able to connect the dots to justify war.
CIA facts are that since desert storm, Saddam had only $ 900,000 per year for his entire military. That barely paid for troops.

With no reality base within this administration little wonder why Bush would busy himself with signing statements exempting himself from ever obeying any law(s) or culpable in any wrong doing.

April 25th, 2007 at 11:39 pmI am curious about the ratings on the Bill Moyers’ special tonight on the media complicity and complacency in the run up to the war.
A most disturbing, and sad commentary on the degradation of the media today; they have become nothing more than conduits - sewer pipes - to intake the garbage from the administration and spill it out on to the American public.
This is something most of us have been observing and lamenting for a long time now, but having seen it all laid out in the program has renewed my anger and frustration, as well as depressing me.
I remember telling my family at Thanksgiving 2002 that this was wrong; I didn’t believe it; I was reading those little buried articles that questioned the White House. They laughed at me.

Donations are used for new programming though. The trolls were already complaining about tax dollars being used for this liberal show which probably wouldn’t have been produced without donations to PBS.

If they were to do a true count of the number of Americans who have died because of this insane “war”, the number would be closer to 10,000.
