Thank the Gods this creature never took the VP Oath of Office.

I think that bloggers are fulfilling a need, where else can people all over the country get together, and share ideas (and some times humor.) One needs to find some humor in this, that is going on. It isn’t pretty what is going on today in the world and our country.

I’d like to quote a comment made by Micheal Perenti. I use this quote quite often.

Joe Lieberman, voting “inpendently” on occasion BUT 97% with Progs and Dems is a POS. I quit the Dems more than 10 years ago because of the whiny crybabies influence on the party. Mercifully, I broke out of the gulag of Progressive “thought” – and found there are alot fewer “victims” and alot MORE “volunteers”.

Saddam’s Iraq and OBL’s al-Qaeda had no links. The two men actually despised each other. So America did OBL’s dirty work when they overthrew Saddam.

Nobody thinks the situation in Iraq is good. But, if America wants to stay, it’s going to have to do some nation building. That means no more ‘no-bid’ contracts doing zip for the Iraqis. It means bring back the Draft and sending another 150,000 soldiers to Iraq to do the thankless job of peacekeeping. It means giving up on that humiliating Oil Deal the Iraqi parliament has been dragging its feet on for months. And it means willing to see another 5,000 US troops killed and about 35,000 wounded. That’s they only way to win. Is that what you want, Anthony Citrano???

Well, it’s what Joe Liebermouse wants. Let’s face it. There’s no way this is going to work without a massive escalation and an escalation ain’t gonna work without actually doing what the Iraqis want and not what America wants. And it means leaving when the job is done without keeping those 4 permanent bases and without keeping any sweetheart oil deal. And that, my friend, and a buck fifty will buy you a cup of coffee.

So, before we go completely mad with watching the coffins pile up and the hospitals spill over with amputees and the jails fill with wigged out vets, why don’t we just admit that we made a mistake and try to buy off whoever picks up the pieces with cash and kind words? The odds are that’s what we’ll have to do eventually if we choose to do it Liebermouse’s way. Because that way is doomed.

I have no love for Lieberman nor his politics.

But, writing articles where people’s words are deliberately distorted to suit the ideological need of the blogger doesn’t exactly help advance truth, either.

So, where did all the “vituperative toxicity” come from back then?
