Judiciary committee approves Comey subpoena.

Earlier today, a House Judiciary subcommittee approved a subpoena for former Deputy Attorney General James Comey to testify on the firings of U.S. Attorneys.”Comey has agreed to comply with the subpoena and will appear before the committee on May 3, 2007.” The Gavel has video of the hearing and more HERE.
