How many times will he say “I don’t recall?”

I say at least 35 times.

  3. Raven says:

Just going on his physical appearance, I would say he’s more of the:
“Could you repeat the question, I don’t understand…”
kind of guy, and put me down for his saying that 29 times…..

Why do I get an image of “Barry Zuckerkorn” in my head?

  5. Jules says:

I would vote but “I cannot recall” nor “do I remember” how many times Gonzales said it. :)

  6. the republic of stupidity says:

Everytime I see that name, somehow my brain pronounces it “Schlongman” and I think, of course, he’s a dickhead… how appropriate.

    Sure…..that’s your story now.

Hey, Jules! Long time no see! School about over for the year?

I’m somehow less than enthusiastic about holding my breath for any kind of substantial testimony. The only good thing about all this useless early stuff is that they’ll swing for perjury later once the weak ones start to cave. The whole damned affair feels like home gangrene surgery and we’re still just scraping off the first few layers of insult.

i hate to rain on the parade, here,
but i think the headline to this item,
    and the link from talkingpointsmemo
on this story — are out ahead of the
    actual facts, here.

    the senators have requested his
testimony, on may 15, but he — and more
importantly, the DoJ itself — have not
yet agreed that he will appear, without
    the issuance of a subpoena
    . . .

so — i am hopeful, but not yet convinced,
that the 15th date will hold. . .

  10. David Price says:

Attorney General Gonzales promoted Bradley J. Schlozman to Executive counsel at main Justice as a reward for what Schlozman did here in Kansas, Missouri and Georgia. We need a Truth and Reconciliation Commission Now!
