Snowe: ‘Things have not markedly improved’ in Iraq.
Sen. Olympia Snowe (R-ME) this week “announced legislation that will require troop redeployment if the Iraqi government has not met specific benchmarks.” Snowe, who just returned from Iraq, told CBS News yesterday, “Based on my recent trip, I can tell you, things have not markedly improved.” Watch the report:
Snowe’s impressions were at sharp odds with those of Sen. Kit Bond (R-MO), a Bush ally and war supporter who also toured Iraq:
Bond, whom GOP lawmakers put in front of cameras yesterday after the weekly caucus lunch, described the situation as stable in Iraq and said he was encouraged that the military surge was working. In Ramadi, he described walking around with just a small security force and said that local authorities have reported a boost in those joining the police and military. And overall, he saw positive changes in the nation.
“Obviously this is very early,” he said, “but the signs are extremely positive.”

The RNC apologizes. CompTROLLER V-1 was never supposed to be put into service. Its abuse and insult circuits were completed and operational before our engineers realized that they neglected to design a space for a logic board, or for memory chips dedicated to storing facts.
Some at the RNC were all for putting it into service that way, but it was decided that it was fatally flawed device and would do more harm than good to the Republican cause. Sort of like Patrick1.
Unfortunately, it looks like some rogue elements at the department have booted it up without authorization, and now I have to try to repair the damage. Pay no further attention to its transmissions.

While the products may look identical they are not. The old rusty antiquated models run on two-bit software whereas the highly improved models use V4 dynamic directional byte/bits that extend well beyond one and zero.
