The war on Calvert continues.

Carpetbagger rounds up the growing conservative criticism of scandal-plagued Rep. Ken Calvert (R-CA) being placed on the Appropriations Committee.

    More evidence of just how out of touch with reality congress is. Here’s another good one…

    In a lead article on MSNBC about how Americans (me) are frustrated with both the prez & congress, Democrat Chris Van Hollen says, “People are unhappy, there hasn’t been a lot of change in direction, for example in Iraq…”

    Ya think? The reason we’re (me) unhappy with the Democrat controlled congress is you aren’t doing enough. It’s more of the same old BS. Get a fricking backbone! They are afraid to take any action, yet most Americans want them too.

    I agree with the first comment. The clowns in congress, republican, democrat and otherwise, have sat on their hands for these past five, sad, years while this country has gone down the tubes. When they’re not applauding themselves or Our Dear Leader, the legislation is nothing more than a sham dictated by lobbyists.
