Tell CBS to re-hire Gen. Batiste.

MoveOn has launched an online petition to gather signatures in support of Gen. Batiste. The petition will be delivered to Leslie Moonves, President and CEO of CBS Corporation and Sean McManus, President of CBS News. Sign the petition here.

UPDATE: CBS News military consultant Michael O’Hanlon thinks CBS should bring back Batiste.

Nope. Gen Batiste can find another consulting job easily enough. He doesn’t need CBS.

  8. Thomas says:

Great, now CBS is going to fire Michael O’Hanlon (for thinking).

  10. Patrick1 says:

Bring him back but label him as what he is, a supporter of Islamo Fascism. Truth in advertising would be a first for the Dan Rather network.

    BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Thanks TP, I sent the link to a bunch of my friends and they are going to pass it on and we are going to put in the comment box that this General not be hire back.

So much for your ridiculous, pathetic, stupid efforts.

    dumb, dumb, dumb Liberals.

  12. Patrick1 says:

Also in the news you won’t see on TP.

MSNBC MISTAKES WHITE HOUSE PARODY PAGE for the real thing. Reality, parody — who can tell? To be fair, I sometimes suffer the same confusion when watching Keith Olbermann.

Is Patrick1 for real? or is he just a prop, for entertainment?

Why do I get the impression that you have no friends? Do you really think that this will scare TP off from posting such links in the future? If so, you are even more deluded than we had all suspected.

    The Tiffany network is obsolete.

  18. Ken Shepherd says:

The issue is not Batiste’s opinions or advocacy but his role as a partisan operative with VoteVets.org. Why should a journalistic enterprise pay someone for analysis who is committed to not merely commenting on the news but influencing it?

Besides CBSNews is fine with checking in with Batiste for comment, they just won’t have him on the payroll to do so.

MoveOn has launched an online petition to gather signatures in support of Gen. Batiste.

Is that the guy fured because they didn’t want to be seen to be biased ?
Well, a petition from MoveOn.org should sort that right out.

Seriously were the ones at GeorgeSoros.org and codepink not working or something ?

You just spend a week harping on about someone quoting a military principle stated by an acclaimed military commander who also happened to be linked to the KKK.

WTF did you learn from that if not the fact that the messenger can make the message irrelevant ?
Because you were giving the lessons retards.
