Eloquently worded, Dem leaders. Unfortunately, that pretty much guarantees that the Commander-in-Chimp won’t understand it.

Even if he did, he wouldn’t give a damn. Appealing to the better nature of a soulless monster like Chimpy is a waste of time and energy.

Why the HELL hasn’t this jackass been impeached yet???

  2. Jake-o-bin says:

Obviously, if those House leaders had enormous SUVs with yellow “support our troops” decals and American flags, they would be supporting our troops.

But since they don’t, they are refusing to support our troops.

  3. Mr President says:

    Ron Paul for my job

  4. Tom3 says:

    Chimpy should veto this.

It will be the final nail in the Repuke coffin.

Funny how Rove wanted to make the Repukes the only political party but he may have succeeded in destroying them instead.

  5. CompTROLLER V-1 says:

    Mr. President, how’s it goin’!?!

  6. DM says:

I just wrote my Rep about getting Pelosi to put impeachment back on the table.

If I had to vote today, I’d vote Kucinich. Hopefully I’ll wake up tomorrow and be happy voting for someone rich.

You guys didn’t complain to me back then.

Jake, Jake, c’mon my friend. We do have the big, enormous SUVs, shit I know that Al Gore drives Hummer, and Obama, he drives an 8 cylinder 300C, Edwards has a mustang and a few SUVs, so does Kerry, etc.

Not to mention that we all love flying in super expensive, pollute greatly private jet planes.

So, we don’t support our troops and we love to pollute.

don’t let my Liberal friends tell you other wise.

You know, it’s difficult enough to take a troll seriously, but when a troll insists on impersonating a former president, it gets nigh impossible, especially when it becomes clear that that’s all they can do…

    “Clinton did it!!”

Is that all you’ve got Pres. (not)Clinton?

  11. George W. Bush says:

I look forward to giving head, just like Clinton looked forward to getting it.

No, wait, I mean, no one cared when Clinton got some noggin. No, wait, I mean…uh…um…where is Jimmy/Jeff Gannon?

Yo… What are you even talkin’bout?

  13. Troll du jour says:

Clinton did it, too! So did Pelosi!!

  14. Mrs. President says:

Just ignore Mr. President. I do.

  15. Proud Dem says:

Just another thread jacked by stupid, useless trolls.

Can we PLEASE get back on topic? This definitely will be another nail in the regime’s coffin. Can we get on with the impeachment now?

  16. Katie says:

Ok, I am going to give up on Think Progress. The trolls have taken over the place.

Think Progress – please do something about the trolls taking over all our threads. It is getting impossible to post anything here.

  17. Joel says:

yeah, Bush don’t care. As they say in Texas: “F*ck ‘em, I got mine.”

  18. Jer3saw says:

I think that Chimpy found out that some historians thought that Warren Harding or U.S. Grant were the worst presidents.
Now, Chimpy can veto this bill and he will go down as the undisputed worst president of all time.
    Impeach these bastards.

  19. Marie says:

Bush doesn’t seem to be a bit embarrassed about this — I guess as long as he says he supports the troops, that’s all that counts.
See, it’s all false fronts for him — facades — the Potemkin president.
How can we endure another 600+ days?

  20. lunacy says:

You’ve got to be kidding me? First, writing a letter. Whoooppeee! That’ll get his attention. Wimpy Democrats.

Secondly, only an additional $40 per month for widows of slain soldiers???? And he VETOED it?????

What the f**k can they do with $480 a year? This is the compensation we give widows for losing their loved ones in the ‘ultimate sacrifice’?

What a joke this administration and government has become!
