Number of decisions named by Judge Leslie Southwick, when asked by Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., “to give an example of an unpopular decision he’d made in favor of somebody downtrodden — a poor person, or a member of a minority group, or someone who’d simply turned to the courts for help.” Southwick was recently nominated by President Bush for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Wow. These trolls sure are developing some fancy moves. most be all that practice spinning crap into fool’s gold.
So, do tell, m12, why do you postulate that progressives “have such a problem with white males from Mississippi”?
Is this a trend that you have noticed? That, for instance, a progressive will have a favorable opinion of some white male, then find out he’s from Mississippi, and automatically turn on him?
Or is it rather that some white males from Mississippi turn out to be dicks, and that progressives have a problem with dicks, no matter where they’re from or what they look like?

The only good decision is one that results in some one that earns a good living and has made good choices in life getting hard earned income removed from them and handed to someone that has a lawyer getting 15%. Judges rule on the law. Not if someone should be paid for something they didn’t earn.

I don’t necessarily have a problem with white males from Mississippi. In fact, I’m on friendly terms with one. Of course, he is very well-educated, married out of his race (to an Asian), and liberal. You see, m2, it depends on what the white male from Mississippi is like.
