June 6th, 2007 at 10:53 amYou make a very good point. Voters are not informed about caging (even some politicians aren’t) and its implications. They are not informed of the violations of the Constitution by this cabal in power. Things are being set up to affect the 2008 elections already. And it’s not in the favor of democracy.
Even the required, so-called “paper trail” is not a guarantee that all votes will be counted accurately. ..that trail will only be checked if there is a recount or a challenge. We need to go back to hard copy paper ballots, even if it means we will have to wait 24 hours for the election results.

Media Matters was not kind enough to post it. God forbid they get the whole story out, not just their one side. When you only get small clips of something like you get from Media Matters, which is were this came from, then you never get the whole story. It’s easy to manipulate things when you’re only giving someone 30 second sound bites. Don’t trust anything you get from the media, left or right.
