Our founding fathers created Congress as part of the 'balance of power" for precisely this situation we now have before us. How are we stacking up? Abysmally, that's how. Our founding fathers are rolling over in their graves as we fail to take the action necessary to balance this unprecedented level of corruption in the highest offices of this country. That's why Congress is "equal to" the power of the Executive and "equal to" the power of the Judiciary. Bush has the Judiciary in his pocket and the ONLY power of the people left is the Congress.
