What PLC said. Didn’t lay out his position????? He puts his name on something, we have no choice but to consider that his opinion until he says something different. If he thought it important enough to do a paper on, and he thinks times have changed and the data has changed, where’s his ‘corrected’ paper? What is so disappointing on this is that, given Bush's tendencies to nominate via cronyism, with Holsinger we have a remarkably good recommendation. If only we progressives who consistently decry the religious right's tendency to focus on one or two hot button issues would not allow ourselves so easily to be drawn into the same trap.....
