Gonzales is fair game as the target of a "no-confidence" motion since the man is NOT an elected official. Schumer, on the other hand, IS an elected official and faces his own "no-confidence" motion at the voting booth (in 3 years, if I'm not mistaken). It was the SENATE which confirmed Gonzales, and it should be the SENATE which now says "We don't have confidence that you're able to do your job any longer."
