If someone is breaking into your house and you leave the door open and the windows open while he and his family sleeps, whose fault is that, the guy breaking in- or the guy with the door/windows open?
So congress has left the doors open while they are supposed to be “protecting” us (US). So this is what we have when we have MEN “protecting” all of us…talk about honoring the father figure. I think Nancy needs to step up to the plate and say “Screw the deal and the ship it came in on, I’ve had enough!!!”
It seems to me that maybe all of these guys were just horribly abused at some point int their lives and are in turn taking it out on the rest of us and the world.
Then again we’ve got an Alocoholic with no program running things and a congress that needs to be in AL-Anon so as to take a look at just what their part has been in this whole mess.
This is such a dysfunctional mess- The Republicans get into office and give away the farm, and in this case literally, the Dems get into office clean everything up but then they can’t hold onto office, they give away their/our power… where’s Dr. Phil…I can just hear him saying “So how’s that working for ya?” Congress reminds me of the parents who give the teenager the credit card the kid spends well above his/her limit the parents keep paying down the debt but don’t the credit card away! But they just keep playing vicitm and complaining pissing and moaning about what the kid is doing…!
So my question if the Congress isn’t going to do anything-What is it that WE can do? Besides phone calls, letters and waiting until the next election which may or may not really change anything.
