Bush already has it set up to take over all branches of the federal government. He did it earlier this year, with no announcement to the press (or at least no aknowledgment from them that he did it). Sooner or later, either through a legitiment terrorist orginization, or through one of the dark lords minions, an attack will be staged on American soil. When that happens, Bullshit will disband the Congress and the Judiciary and make himself the defacto dictator of the US. Anybody with a bit of common sence can see it coming from a mile away. They took no action, as per law.
That was all FBI and local law enforcement.

Posse Comatatus was gutted by Public Law 109-364, or the “John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007″ by the 109th.

Other duties include coalition warfare and support, combat search and rescue (CSAR), security assistance, peacekeeping, humanitarian assistance, humanitarian de-mining and counter-drug operations”.

EVERY SINGLE ONE OF WHICH is ILLEGAL under Posse Comitatus.

Would “domestic terrorists” be the same thing as “Enemy Combantats”?

The Patriot Act defines a “domestic terrorist” as someone who commits “acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws…[and] that appear to be intended…to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion.”

In other words, anyone attending a demonstration, even a peaceful one, could be labeled such.

In contrast, the Patriot Act defines an “enemy combatant” as anyone who may have violated any of the provisions of section 802 (the definition of “domestic terrorist” outlined above).

In other words, we’re all “enemy combatants” right now, and have no rights in the eyes of the Chimperor.

And since we are on the topic of troops on our soil, I do remember a line in the oath I took when I joined the Army almost 6 years ago which said “…support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC…” I think everyone is jumping to conclsuions that because the Special Forces are being mention in connections with domestic terrorism, that one day a couple of them will be kicking down your door.

I think we’re close to the tipping point in this country.
