Rep. Feeney opens legal defense fund.

Rep. Tom Feeney (R-FL) has established the Tom Feeney Legal Expense Trust, filing papers this week with the House stating that he “has incurred legal expenses in connection with his official duties and position in Congress, and matters bearing on his reputation or fitness for office.” Feeney was recently questioned by the FBI about his connections to criminal GOP lobbyist Jack Abramoff. Feeney attended an international golfing trip with Abramoff and former Reps. Bob Ney (now in prison) and Tom DeLay (now under indictment).

Comment by Mr. Bush Goes To Hell

You’re assuming he knows how to read. Does the book have any pictures to color?

Libby had a defense fund but never gave a defense in Court. Now all the criminal GOP will start a fund to support themselves so they wont have to lose their stolen money. The Hammer was smart he set up stolen money to go to his wife. Now the Hammer is using God’s name to fool the rest of the religious followers. I have to hand it to the criminal GOP they know stupid people when they see them. This crime Group has stolen from the US Treasury now asking the taxpayers to give them more money, that’s when you know just how dumb people are. What the GOP needs to set up is a Crime Fund for Criminals so they wont have to pay from their crimes. I know Karl Rove can handle that one. Has Hastert given any of his stolen Iraq money to his GOP friends yet. Send Libby some ciggies to take to jail with him.

Big lie in the captions. Stealing money should not be considered as “official duties”, but apparently is OK with his position in Congress.

    Hang the bastard.

Republican in legal trouble? This must be a case of (choose one):

    Partisan Show Trialâ„¢

    Criminalization of Politicsâ„¢

    Out-of-Control Rogue Prosecutorâ„¢

Feeney’s a good man. He should be pardoned.

Since when has taking bribes from lobbyists become an “official duty of Congress”?

I can’t believe how many Republics there are currently involved in investigations. We have the Democrats 1 and the Republics what…like 10 or something.

  11. NeoCONS 'R' SCUM says:

I’d send him a donation, alright, FedEx, but I am sure they can get DNA from what I’d send.
    But the thought, is there.

Tom Feeney is the one who Clint Curtis swore in an affadavit had him make the computer software to flip the votes in the Florida 2000 election!!!
