On 9/11, Giuliani was running around like a deer in the headlights looking for a camera, any camera + oops he forgot to help organize emergency + command.

AFter 9/11, Giuliani cared more about money than people so when those workers died (didn’t get basic equipment like respirators or hazmat uniforms) b/c Rudy would not have liked the image of workers actually looking out for their own safety.
