Everybody does. Every time anyone of us eats at a restaurant or buys produce from the local market or stays at a motel and uses the facilities that need cleaning, etc. etc. There is an underclass of people who exist and are real. Real Politik dictates they be recognized. They are also breeding faster than anybody else and you either deal with it realistically or you deny it at YOUR PERIL.
Anthropological axiom: a woman’s birthrate declines when her affluence and education level rise.
What the regressive elements in American AND Mexican society are succeeding in doing is GUARANTEEING a HUGE desperate, impoverished underclass that will become more dangerous with time.
BTW: Mexico has the largest number of billionaires in all of latin American. The second wealthiest man today on Forbes list is a MEXICAN, Carlos Slim.
