Third Second Doolittle aide talking to feds.
Pete Evich, the former legislative director for scandal-plagued Rep. John Doolittle (R-CA), “said Wednesday he was recently contacted by federal investigators in their probe of Doolittle’s ties to jailed lobbyist Jack Abramoff.” Evich is the second Doolittle aide to acknowledge their contacts with the feds, suggesting “prosecutors are widening their investigation in the wake of an FBI raid on Doolittle’s home in April that led him to give up his seat on the powerful House Appropriations Committee.”

They have sunk us into the largest debt in history AND even more sickening is our debt is held by China primarily, we don’t even own our own country, more foreigners own real estate and corps here than Americans, plus they have outsourced all our jobs!
They have ruined our country, we have to fight to get it back from them and get rid of the rethug scum. Doolittle is such an obvious crook, I hope he rots in jail with Scooter and Griles and all the other neocon idiots that will soon join them. I hope they keep investigating and let Bush’s presidency pass and then hit all of these crooks with indictments and prison.

June 27th, 2007 at 4:20 pmThere are attack dogs who just post to anger because they’re sick and I’m seeing them in the first few comments at a lot of think progress’s posts for some reason. Most of us just ignore them and don’t react to the stupidity but I wish we all would. You know ‘em when you see ‘em…just saying.
Doolittle is such a lying phony and his public pleas which don’t mention details but just how he’s being victimized are insulting. He and his wife remind me of a torturing couple on the series “Dexter” who only got rid of the “evidence” to save money. Just pathetic and I pray they get the whole truth on them in the public view, especially national TV coverage of them doing the perp walk as they confiscate their belongings. His committee position allowed him to rip off all Americans and his greed is just appalling but matched by his wife’s greed. They will never get all they deserve but I hope they get most of it.
