Will they give him soap? President Ford pardon a criminal will Bush do the same. Does Dick Cheney really care about little Scooter. Why didn’t Gonzales use his position and fire Fitzgerald when he had the chance or does he know law. Was Karl Rove to busy working on the one party system to send Gonzales his orders. Will Scooter go in jail as a man and come out a girl? Will the fourth of July barbeque be Scooters last taste of freedom? Will President Cheney order his puppet front man George W. Bush to pardon the convicted criminal lady Scooter before he goes to the big house? All questions no answers yet.

Your intentions are to buff your political score-sheet, not award a punishment that fits the crime, Mr. Valiant Anus. Perhaps I can tentatively agree with the judges sentence, but you are a political nutsack, even to the point of advocating the blocking of a President’s current and absolute right to pardon.

June 28th, 2007 at 2:31 pmWhen people say that Scooter shouldn’t be incarcerated, they are forgetting that he’s being imprisoned for perjury and not the outing of a covert CIA operative. That charge needs to be brought against Dick Cheney and Karl Rove! That hasn’t happened but needs to happen for the people’s faith to be reinstated in anything going on in this country.
So when they say that vis-a-vis the Plame Affair, it’s unfair that Scooter’s going to jail, they are only half right….the other half is that Cheney and/or Rove and/or Both need to be incarcerated for that degree of betrayal.
Scooter knew better and still lied to cover up the larger crime and that’s why his sorry butt will sit in prison.

The pardon is used for a CRIMINAL who shows REMORSE for his CRIMES.
So far, Libby has neither ADMITTED to nor SHOWN REMORSE for his PERJURY and OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.
NONE.
So, a pardon CANNOT be used.
