Paper with heavy military readership calls for withdrawal.
The Olympian in Olympia, WA, “a McClatchy newspaper with a heavy military presence in its circulation area,” came out strongly for withdrawal from Iraq yesterday. The paper, located near Fort Lewis, “which has sent tens of thousands of troops to Iraq,” including 134 who have died there, concluded that the war “isn’t worth a single more American life.”

You support declassifying Cheney’s meeting with Energy lobbyists early in Bush’s first term? You support impeachment if it is proved that Bush or Cheney authorized the outing of Vallery Plame? You support a strong rebuke of Cheney’s position that he’s not part of the Executive Branch and is therefor immune to the Executive Order ordering him to cooperate with investigators. You support an investigation into the allegations of domestic wiretapping without acquiring warrants according to the law? You support Libby doing the time assigned to him according to the trial judge, the appeals judges? You support a thorough investigation into all the allegations of wrongdoing by Bush and Cheney, in short?
Bottom line? Clinton did it is fine if it’s followed by and it was wrong for him, just as wrong as it is for this President. I support an investigation. Can you honestly say that, sir?

This creates a HUGE security problem for us and many agents were compromised. It was an enormous breach of our safety and it continues today with this cabal still in the White House. Something has got to be done NOW and charges should be brought. For Bush to commute him is clear evidence of a conspiracy. Bush Cheney and Rove need to be brought to justice.
