Gallagher: All ‘Muslim Doctors’ Should Be ‘Suspended’ From Entering United States

The eight suspects connected to the recent London terror plots were Muslim men who were doctors or medical professionals. Yesterday on Fox News’s Your World With Neil Cavuto, right-wing radio host Mike Gallagher argued that there is “nothing wrong with suspending the opportunity for Muslim doctors to enter the United States until…we sort this thing out.” He also advocated the practice of racial profiling because “all the terrorists are Muslim.” Watch it:

[flv http://video.thinkprogress.org/2007/07/gallagherprofiling.320.240.flv]

Gallagher refused to answer Cavuto’s question about whether engineers and accountants — who have been involved in previous terrorist plots — should also be banned from entering the United States. Cavuto’s other guest, Sasha Burns, responded that Gallagher’s suggestion was “one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard.”

As a result of the London terror attempt, “Muslim doctors here [in the U.S.] say they are trying to be more vocal in denouncing terrorism. They condemned the ‘crazies’ who are ‘misguided’ and did those acts,” while “British Muslims are leading a new campaign condemning the recent attempted car bomb attacks in London and Glasgow.” Gallagher, however, is not interesting in building solidarity on this cause, but rather in creating greater divisions between us.

Transcript:

CAVUTO: My next guest says, keep any Muslim doctor who wants to enter the U.S. out until this is sorted out. He’s radio talk show host Mike Gallagher. On the other side, Democratic strategist Sasha Burns, who disagrees.

Mike, to you first. It seems a little sweeping. What do you make of that?

GALLAGHER: Well it’s just prudent. If we knew that there was a plot from Swedish fisherman to infiltrate and slaughter Americans, we’d look real long and hard about letting Swedish fisherman into the United States. This strikes right to the heart of what we call profiling, Neil, and there is a profile. So, there seems to me to be nothing wrong with suspending the opportunity for Muslim doctors to enter the United States until, as you said, we sort this thing out and know who’s who.

CAVUTO: Before I get to Sasha on that, I do want to raise — like I said, a couple of years ago in Britain, there were a couple of engineers and an accountant in that mix. Then would you have said, rule out engineers and accountants?

GALLAGHER: Well, this is a very specific category of people and there are published reports –

CAVUTO: Those guys killed people. They killed 52 people.

GALLAGHER: Well, and these guys were going to kill people too, had the bombs gone off, they would have slaughtered a lot of people at Piccadilly and outside Glasgow. I mean, the reality is, we shouldn’t take any chances at all. This is the United States of America. We have the ability, unlike the UK, where they have a British prime minister who said you can’t say “Muslim” and “terror” in the same sentence. We’ve got to understand not all Muslims are terrorists, but all the terrorists are Muslim.

BURNS: Mike, I think that’s just one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard.

  1. Casey Says:

I like his idea, let's start with banning all whites joining army (timothy McVeigh) to get military training.

  2. jayjaybear Says:

I wonder if this new hardline on Muslim doctors is linked to the recent meme that universal health care is a breeding ground for terrorism?

  3. veritas Says:

Instead of focusing specifically on Muslim physicians, why don't we try the obvious security breach: Open borders?? Duh!! What a gang of morons!

Persecute doctors now instead of doing the most obvious thing by securing our borders. Amazing how illogical this all is: We're supposed to be concerned about our "national security" when we know that our borders and purposely pourous and wide open".

Isn't there anyone in Congress who realizes that we're being duped??

  4. veritas Says:

It's the perennial "distraction technique" which these neocon fools and GOP idiots use on the people - something critical arises in the collective minds of the people so they, like carnival barkers, say "lookie here, folks"....and do some slight of hand to distract. The discrimination against muslim doctors is a typical and not very creative "distraction technique" from the obvious problem of open borders.....something which the Bush Cabal conveniently and "by design" overlooked.

You can bet that the fact that our borders have been intentionally left insecure will factor into the fascist neocon plot in a very integral way....stay tuned because it will all make perfect sense eventually.

    It always does!

  5. KrissKross Says:

a new campaign condemning the recent attempted car bomb attacks

Talk is cheap. How about they turn in all the militant members in their community?

  6. veritas Says:

This is simply a "posturing technique" so they can assuage the concerns of their constituents who may be accusing them of "not doing anything to protect us"..... If they cared about national security as they so profusely pretend to, these borders would have been secure and closed on 9/12!! This is a material fact somehow within the matrix of the PNAC plan to coup this democracy, of that we can be certain. How it factors in will remain to be seen. Any ideas??

  7. Kevin Good Says:

I heard there was a plot by WASP talk radio hosts to infiltrate and slaughter Americans.

  8. veritas Says:

That's right, KrissKross. This is sleazy, cheap verbal diarrhea to provide the impression that they are doing something to justify their paycheck and existence. Do not be fooled by it one iota.

  9. CoughSyrupComa Says:

Ah. Two bottles of cough syrup and the world feels right again.

  10. veritas Says:

#2 No doubt....it's connected. One thing is certain: The issue raised by Sicko is HUGE. Let's fact it - Moore has gone after Bush's a bona fide member of bush's "HOLY TRINITY" - his "BIG THREE GOLD MINE" - BIG PHARMA!! Whoa.....

What I find amusing is that the smear campaign against the premise of this flick will go absolutely no where because they will attempt to paint a picture which runs contrary to the experiences of the american people with their health care system....which, by and large, range from not good to absolutely horrendous. So, their smear campaign will gain no traction when it smacks it's head against the wall of disillusion experienced by 99.9% of americans. Any attempt to paint the system rosy will fail miserably and will be outed for precisely what it: a slick propaganda campaign.

Will it change the opinions of americans whose basis is their own negative personal experience with the health care system? NOT ONE BIT!

Let these crooks spend billions of dollars in a futile attempt to polish their image! After all: You can't polish a turd and a turd is what this health care system is in this country.....a HUGE BIG THREE 'TURD'.

  11. trippin Says:

While Sherlock Holmes Gallagher is looking at doctors, they'll slip in talk show hosts trained as incompetent bombers.

  12. Jake Says:

I'm surprised there has been a call for this earlier, to be honest.

  13. veritas Says:

One has to wonder about the morality of this contrast: Yesterday it was discovered that we are spending $12 Billion Per Month on this illegal war - how much health care could that provide for the 43 million people without any at all who have to make a daily choice between food and medicine?

How many of the 9 million children (our future) in this country could that provide health care for?

So, the adage of "throwing good money after bad" really lights up here, doesn't it? Here we are spending $12 Billion per month to kill, damage, and destroy......instead of tending to the needs of our own.

Hey - isn't that our hard earned money being spent to do this? Since when do we not have the choice about how to spend our taxpayer dollars?

If it would be our choice to provide health care instead of using our money to kill, then it behooves each and every one of us to grill our representatives about this.

It behooves every one of us to press them to spend our money where WE prefer it to be spent.

It behooves every one of us to eliminate from Congress EACH and EVERY representative who fails to represent the will and desire of the people - which, at this point in time, INCLUDES JUST ABOUT EVERY REPUBLICAN WHO OCCUPIES A SEAT.

Let's all take notes and take names and see which of these Republicans has the presence of mind, the spiritual consciousness, and a sense of morality to do what's right and stand up against this tyrant by saying "no" to this heinous war.....

I'm taking name and notes....are you?

  14. Del Capslock Says:

Some people think Coulter's original quote after 9/11, "We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity" was just the heated rhetoric of a right wing nutcase, but in reality she just said out loud what most of the right wing was thinking and still does.

It's like with every incident that occurs, they are saying, "now can we put them in detention camps? now can we make them publicly renounce their religion? now can we invade Iran, Syria, Lebanon, etc.?"

  15. Frank M Says:

Financing the military is not useless, because it keeps me safe. Using my tax money to pay for someone else's health care is useless, because it doesn't benefit me in any way.

And, oh yes. I've got compassion running out of my nose. I am the sultan on sensitivity. I just reserve it to the people I know.

(Have fun at the mall, Screecher Pelosi, because I’LL BE THERE TOO.)

    BWAHAHAHAHGAGAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHH!!!

  17. carmikl Says:

If this case has proven one thing it is that Doctors are very bad terrorists. Why would al-Qaeda send physicians to do terrorist acts that could have been carried out by auto mechanics who would probably have been more successful? There's just something about this whole physician's terrorist cell thing that doesn't make any sense.

I suspect that there is a nut factor here that has little to do with al-Qaeda. Wouldn't al-Qaeda have tailored their attacks to something more in line with their specialized skills if they were involved? If al-Qaeda intended them to be bombers, wouldn't they have trained them to build a functional bomb? There's just something strange about this whole case.

  18. Squonk Says:

If it keeps up like this, you'll see Muslims turned away out-right from entering airports, grocery stores, malls, etc. After that, it'll come to banning Muslims from the Western World altogether, and not just the United States. Imagine mass deportations of Muslims from countries like Spain, France, England, Russia, Germany. Another massive terrorist attack (either here or in Europe, something the size of or larger than 9/11), and it could happen. Sad indeed....

  19. Frank M Says:

Squonk: And the problem with that would be... what?

  20. CT_V1 Says:

    Frank M,

Dr. Muslimshiteater (tm) will see you now.

  21. Jake Says:

    Sad, for whom, Squonk?

Allow me to sneeze on you with my drug resistant bird flu.

  23. Frank M Says:

And how does spending my tax money on your health care fix the drug resistant bird flu?

  24. veritas Says:

That said, I'm off to sign my 7 point pledge - the "CONCERT OF THE CENTURY" and the beginning of the rise in spiritual calibration of the planet. Perhaps the United States will also actively decide to choose good over evil and raise it's consciousness and calibration at least to the plateau it had advanced to immediately following 911?? From that point forward, the choices we've made as a nation has regressed our level of spiritual consciousness immeasurably. Perhaps now we can begin the forward move?? Will we ever achieve the 200 point - the defining point between good and evil ever again? Not with this current Cabal of Deceit governing us and making our choices. However, good things have to be on the horizon.

The first positive point is that, if not impeached beforehand, we only have 500+ days (and counting) to be rid of this insidious toxin from within. The second positive point is that there are far more of "us" than there are of "them"; that is, people who have a personal sense of morality (and I've met many of them on these TP threads) and, yes, they also include some of our belovedly hateful trolls who are so angry that they must play devil's advocate to incite some human spirit.

"FORGIVENESS" IS THE KEY TO EVERYTHING. Once we are able to forgive ourselves for our errors in judgment, then we clear the path for forgiveness of others. As angry as we may find ourselves with what's going on in our country right now (the duping), realize that it's all part of the learning process and in order to advance, we must "hit bottom", as they say. I believe we are close to our nadir right now; at least in terms of being able to comprehend it. Knowing that there is so many more tenacles reaching into every crevice of our democracy which have been contaminated, it will be next to impossible to wrap our collective heads around the precise degree of destruction which has already occurred and has yet to be revealed.

The human spirit is indominable, however, thank goodness for that! Hardwired for positive change, progress and growth as we are, we will prevail! Truth will prevail as, after all, TRUTH IS REALLY ALL THAT EXISTS AT ANY GIVEN POINT IN TIME. There is one version to what really occurred in all things - all the rest is man's attempt at fiction.

THE TRUTH SHALL, INDEED, SET YOU FREE. Do not underestimate your own ability to handle the Truth, folks. We can and we will handle whatever is the truth about the past 6 years, process it as our ancestors have done before us, and build on it. We will not duplicate our mistakes and will use this seemingly abysmal, horrendously amoral period in our history as a tool for growth.

Onward & Upward....Enjoy LIVE EARTH TODAY! I know that I will.

  25. Frank M Says:

    Bwahahahaha! Good one, Veritas.

Whatever it is that you're on, I want it too. Are you the CoughSyrupComa guy above?

    Comment by Frank M — July 7, 2007 @ 9:15 am

Right Frank..Stop funding the CDC with tax money. Socialized Public health is SO unfair. I don't actually have drug resistant bird flu, but I don't want a bunch of uninsured, untreated bird flu victums sneezing on me.

  28. veritas Says:

These angry, vile-filled trolls just can't seem to deal with their own anger management issues. We know, frankie, it's all so very depressing but you'll get over it someday....in some mental institution with a melange of psychotropic drugs! Ta ta...knock yourself out, idiot trolls!

  29. Jake Says:

I thought the “CONCERT OF THE CENTURY” got cancelled because Al Gore's son got another DUI? Is that back on in D.C. with all the storms? Las Vegas hit 116 yesterday -- too bad you guys didn't schedule the “CONCERT OF THE CENTURY” there -- or, Death Valley would have been even better. Darwinism at work.

  30. Frank M Says:

#26: You think CDC is going to produce any drugs to fight the bird flu. No. The Big Pharma you hate so much is going to save you.

  31. veritas Says:

BTW, does the "M" in "Frank M" really stand for Moron? If so, you'd think he'd be smart enough to select another moniker? Stupid is as stupid does, they say. Ta Ta...

  35. Jake Says:

I believe Gallagher's proposal does not include CITIZENS -- just foreign-born Muslim DOCTORS trying to enter the U.S. -- we can't even keep them out?

  36. SuburbanGirl Says:

Right wing logic: Terrorist act commmited by Muslim physician. All Muslim physicians are terrorists.

  37. Frank M Says:

Tom3: Every muslim is a potential terrorist. If we want to be safe, it would be best to deport them all - citizens, policemen, soldiers (do you remember that muslim soldier who started throwing grenades at his fellow soldiers?) and even congressmen. Deport all of them. Constitution is not a suicide pact and it's hardly relevant in post-9/11 world.

  38. Jake Says:

I don't think that needs to be the first step, Frank M. There are plenty of Muslims who are 100% loyal to America.

  39. Frank M Says:

Jake: What I said above is the only way to be absolutely sure, but I agree, there are loyal muslims, too.

  40. Tom3 Says:

Now the inbred moron trolls are fighting amongst themselves! LOL!!

    Stupid Repuke neocons.

  41. PatrioticLiberalChristian(PLC) Says:

Islamic extremists are only likely to decrease their violence if the Muslim world itself convinces them to do so. And here we have the likes of Mike Gallagher making comments that can only serve to alienate reasonable Muslims.

  42. LandSurveyor Says:

And Gallagher has had a sit down with the president, even.

In Texas, we have white teenage middle class terrorists:

  44. Badger Says:

How do you think all those amature hour Plots against America were discovered and thwarted.? Arabic speaking loyal American Muslim undercover agents. Wanna deport all of them too?

  45. Frank M Says:

Badger: So, how do you spot the difference between a loyal and a disloyal muslim? Tell me a 100% accurate way of doing that and I'll be content with deporting just the disloyal ones.

  46. Tom3 Says:

"we can’t even keep them out?" whines the troll.

Thanks to your beloved Chimp, our borders are wide open. A million illegals are crossing every year.

If the terrorist doctors sneak into the US, its YOUR fault, Repuke trolls. Dumbasses.

  47. Tony Says:

I take it that with that logic, if terrorists were white-skinned Germans, we would then ban all German doctors from entering the US ? Or if we were fighting white terrorists from the UK, we would ban all British doctors ? Would we Guantomize all folks fo British decent that were doctors ? Yeah ok...

If every Muslim is a potential terrorist, then every person of German decent in the US during WWII was a potential Nazi sympathizer right ?

With that logic, Detroit should be wrought with terrorist bombings etc.. This logic is just another excuse to hate and spread fear.

I thought we were the home of the brave. Apparently some of us can be made to fear little bunny rabbits if told to fear them. 25% of our population can be spoon-fed anything and they take it like 4 yr olds. They open wide and swallow.

Just another excuse to breed hate. Love to hate anyone at anytime. That what life is about for you isn't it ? Pick a fear, then spread the hate.

They should sign up for labotomys since their brain really get know use. They are like computers, garbage in, garbage regurgitated.

  49. Badger Says:

Frank ....my point is that WE can't tell the difference. We don't speak arabic, we don't know the culture, we don't live in their neighborhoods.
That's WHY we need Loyal Muslim American Patriots...and why we should Quit indiscriminately Bashing them.
By the way..we're kinda having the same problem in Iraq, No?

  50. Frank M Says:

Tony: "To hate and hate well is a difficult task. The object of rancor must be chosen with a sharp eye for deep and complex flaws, to fuel your burning abhorrence. And one must be absolutely certain that the object of ire is indeed deserving; much scorn is misdirected, and hence wasted." -James Ellroy

  51. Jake Says:

LOL -- the terrorist doctors are not the ones sneaking across the borders -- they can get all the needed paperwork simply because of the shortage of U.S. doctors or because they are posing as tourists.

  52. Jake Says:

I can tell the difference, Frank. One Muslim I know personally is in the U.S. Military and another is an attorney with much to lose otherwise: an expensive house and Christian wife.

  53. Tom3 Says:

Nice attempt to dodge the issue, idiot troll.

Chimpy left our borders wide open and that's a fact.

If we get attacked again, its your fault, troll.

I don't want to sound absurd, but if the public of this country gets behind the universal health care thing and demands it, then democracy will have a voice like nothing we have ever seen before. The people will know they can do something. Now we are told by all of our representatives that there is nothing they want from us. Their paternalistic attitude will change when we destroy their republican form of government and reduce it to it's component democratic government.

remember, the founders built it so the states could limit what the federal government can do.

There is NO ONE LISTENING to us in DC now, why not put them out of business and decide the major issues for ourselves?

  66. tballou Says:

"We shouldn't take any chances at all."

That pretty much sums up the entire authoritarian conservative (AC) approach. Better that we give up all our God-given rights and Constituionally-guaranteed civil liberties than to take the slightest risk that the evil-doers might cause us harm.

We all know Franklin's adage about those who give up liberty for security will get neither. The AC's simply cannot abide any threat that might undermine their Great Leader and/or disturb their sense of control.

Remember the shoe bomber, Frank? Even your shiney new white Reeboks could be hiding a bomb.

Well if we don't want Doctors we sure want nurses from overseas. I guess there is some kind of shortage.....

The H-1A visa classification was enabled through the Nursing Relief Act of 1989 but was later terminated on September 1, 1995. Then in 1999, the United States experienced a shortage of nurses and created the H-1C nurse visa classification. The program was authorized by the United States Congress through the Nursing Relief for Disadvantaged Area Act of 1999. However, the H-1C visa classification expired on June 13, 2005. There is currently no specific nurse visa available in the United States. However, there are two ways that foreign individuals wishing to work as registered nurses in the United States can apply:
H-1B Work Visa for Skilled Workers
TN NAFTA Work Visa (only available to Canadian and Mexican citizens) "

To be fair, veritas, temperatures like that in Vegas and Phoenix are not unusual in the summer. It's one of the many reasons I don't go to Vegas or Phoenix at all, if possible, and definitely not in the summer.

35 years ago, I was hitchhiking in the Central Valley in 120F weather. It happens.

This is the same trap that the deniers fall into: equating short-term, localized weather with "climate". I've got friends in the UK who have been whining for weeks about the rain and cold; it's just not relevant.

Speaking as an American, proudly of Irish descent, some of whose relatives arrived here either barely ahead of starvation, or barely ahead of British police, I think ignorant idiots like Mr. GALLAGHER might be reminded of their own heritage of despised immigrant "terrorists", who the good citizens of the time threw out, beat up, burned out and otherwise gently welcomed.

He truly is an idiot, and worse, a turncoat and traitor both to his heritage and his country.

#74 #1 - My very first thought: are we going to ban white men from the U.S.? A few white men have built bombs and killed Americans, so clearly we need to have a country with no white men to be safe.

    Comment by ann

What we are witnessing with a few racist trolls here and in the wacko churches is exactly what happened in prewar Germany: Pick a race or religion that you are paranoid about, then eradicate them, because they are inferior and also are the reason we have: no job/less money/poor healthcare/bad schools/high crime, etc. This is exactly what rover and cheney want; the sheeple to do their work for them by feeding them full of sh!t and sending them out to do the dirty work, (kinda like in the movie, The Bodysnatchers).

Sad thing is, the IQ of the willing trolls doesn't allow them to see this; thus they are doomed to be used and abused, just like the people of Germany were.

  85. m12 Says:

Every person, including you, Frank, is a potential terrorist. Remember the plot to blow up planes using bottled water, Frank? Everyone…EVERYONE had anything liquid confiscated before they could board a jet.

Maybe. But the probability is much higher when someone is named Mohammed compared to someone named Frank!

  86. m12 Says:

Of course there is a shortage of nurses, thanks to government programs like Medicaid providing miserable compensation. It's not worth it.

And the probability that people manned Frank are undereducated, low income, and white? (No offense to TP's Frank. Just wondering about the whole profiling on probabilties logic). Last Mohammed I met was an intercity student of mine. Damn was he and his family nice people and great Americans.

  88. m12 Says:

I have no idea, but the idea is to catch terrorists, not undereducated low income whites.

In which case, it is better to focus on Mohammeds.

The high-tech industry is importing thousands and thousands of Muslim engineers into the USA.

Take a guess as to which group of people is better equipped to design a bomb that works: Muslim ENGINEERS or Muslim DOCTORS.

The phony, ignorant, propaganda that the neo-cons are spreading is killing our country.

    Short version of m12's blather:

"Sshhhhh... be vewy, vewy quiet. I am looking for tewowist Muslim doctows. It's a vewy twicky job... huhuhuhuhu"

  94. Chris Says:

Is sad but true that MOST all terrorists are Muslim - there is certainly no other religion that terrorists use to justify killing. The best way to stop terrorism is to close borders to those from countries with terrorists - it's bad that innocent people would not be allowed in, but it's necessary until the Muslims stop their nutcases from affecting society - we have enough people in the US now anyway... I'm glad the Catholics (administrators) stopped letting pervert priests run loose - but at least (for the most part) they didn't affect people outside the religion.

  95. Joshua Says:

The socialist propaganda and the Left's greatest lie of the 20st century, i.e. poverty causes terrorism, received another blow.

Muslim physicians conspiring to murder innocent civilians. Hmm...very uneducated, very poor, very "disenfranchised."

  96. Jesus Christ Says:

He will soon get a disease/cancer that can only be cured by a Muslim doctor.

  97. jgorn Says:

"Is sad but true that MOST all terrorists are Muslim - there is certainly no other religion that terrorists use to justify killing." - Chris

Unfortunately, this is not quite true. Some examples of terrorism justified by relgion:

    Irish Catholics vs British Protestants
    Inquisition (Catholic)
    The Crusades (Catholic)
Adolf Hitler (Catholic) justifies the final solution as doing God's work
Abortion clinic / doctor killings (Protestant)
    Oklahoma City bombing (Protestant)
Jewish takeover of already occupied lands
    Spanish Conquistadors
    US Manifest Destiny
That fruitcake (Protestant) who slaughtered students at Virginia Tech
    Eric Rudolf (Protestant)
    George Bush crusade against Iraq

Okay, some of these will be controversial. Delusionist Christians like to falsely claim that Hitler was an atheist. Many people will dislike comparing the acquisition of Israel as "terrorism" as opposed to something else. The 26%-ers will claim George Bush's crusade is not religiously inspired, saying we were provoked by 9-11. Others with more credibility will suggest that it's inspired more by oil interests and misguided neocon megalomania. All that's true, but the guy think he's on a mission from his god, thus justifying his actions on a basis of religious assurance.

But the truth is if you want to increase the likelihood of a safe, secure, and free world, you'd put secular humanists in charge rather than favor one Abrahamic religion over another.

  98. Scarecrow Says:

Is sad but true that MOST all terrorists are Muslim.

The first events that flashed through my head were Timothy McVeigh and abortion terrorists.

#96 nicely summed up some of the others.

And then there is Saint Bush...according to some sources, the death toll is nearly 1 million souls.

  99. m12 Says:

You operate under the foolish assertion that profiling Muslims means ignoring everyone else.

We can devote extra resources to Arabs without ignoring people of other races. Such would be the best course for national security!

  100. Mr. President Says:

    This is a start.
But we also need to crack down on the muslims that are already here.

  101. Mr. President Says:

And when I say "crack down" I mean crack skulls!

  102. jgorn Says:

"You operate under the foolish assertion that profiling Muslims means ignoring everyone else." - m12

Actually, Scarecrow made no such assertion. Neither did I.

What we both did was to refute an assertion from a preceding post - that terrorism is not justified by any religion other than Islam. On the contrary, all manner of crimes against humanity are conducted by those who appeal for justification to one Abrahamic religion or another. Most forms of these religions are relatively docile and harmless, if basically delusional. But all three (Christianity, Islam, Judaism) have virulant, violent, fanatical followers perfectly willing to oppress, abuse, and kill others with religious justification.

  103. Mr. President Says:

    Scarecrow and jgorn,

    Ha HA!!!!!!!

    Get used to it Lefties!!!

We are going to be killing hundreds of thousands of innocent muslims because of a few bad apples!!!!

If you think that Islam has nothing to do with it, then you are just as brainwashed as the shiteaters who will be dying!!!!!!!!!!!!

    God Bless the USA!

  104. jgorn Says:

    Whatever.

  105. James Martel Says:

Given the numerous polls indicating that a significant percentage of Muslims support murdering fellow citizens (7% Canada, 30% in the UK, 60% in Indonesia, the Pew Poll in the USA 20%?), it is a rational response to suspend all Muslim immigration and visas to the USA or any Western Country.

  106. RUCerious Says:

Shouldn't this jackass stick to smashing watermelons?
Oh, wrong guy? He'd still make more sense smashing watermelons.

    Comment by James Martel — July 7, 2007 @ 4:30 pm

Given that 54% of Americans advocate murdering fellow civilians versus only 13% of American Muslims, maybe we'd be much better off rounding up and deporting U.S. citizens instead.

That's not true. Not even close, actually.

According to the EU Terrorism Situatuation and Trend Report 2007, exactly ONE out of 498 terror attacks in Europe in 2006 was committed by an Islamic extremist. Most of the others were committed by right-wing groups and separatist groups.

  113. FDR Says:

Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, and Al Gore were in an airplane that crashed. They're up in heaven, and God's sitting on the great white throne. God addresses Al first.

"Al, what do you believe in?"

Al replies, "Well, I believe that the combustion engine is evil and that we need to save the world from CFCs and that if any more freon is used, the whole earth will become a greenhouse and we'll all die."

God thinks for a second and says "Okay, I can live with that. Come and sit at my left."

God then addresses Bill. "Bill, what do you believe in?"

Bill replies, "Well, I believe in power to the people. I think people should be able to make their own choices about things and that no one should ever be able to tell someone else what to do. I also believe in feeling people's pain."

God thinks for a second and says "Okay, that sounds good. Come and sit at my right."

God then address Hillary. "Hillary, what do you believe in?"

"I believe you're in my chair."

  114. FDR Says:
