This latest fear about a pending attack may or may not be more serious than past threats. Let’s hope it’s nothing though.

No one should look forward to terrorism

Chertoff’s “gut feeling” is likely based on inside information not based on intelligence gathering but rather from the scared criminal WH regime. I agree, another event is likely being that these criminals are getting more and more backed into their corners. My “gut feeling” indicates another attack in August or September likely on the west coast because we are so blue. Then martial law will be enacted and our access to information more limited. Who will be blamed? It’s anyone’s guess — but I’m banking on Iran.

Take care all true patriots — our country needs us.

Well, they do. The examples you mention only reinforce my belief in that. Sometimes the public needs to be lied to in order to get them accept something that just has to be done.

The war on Iraq was also based on the same lies. It was originally sold baesd on the WMD that proved to be non-existent. As the WMD wasn’t found, a few more reasons were offered including Al-Qaeda and democracy. I cannot understand how the shifting reasons for the war can be swallowed by the Americans.

As 911 is the excuse given by the Bush administration for any bad policies or adventures abroad, why should we take the event of 911 for granted. The Gulf of Tonkin, the Reichstag Fire, Gleiwitz incident are all examples of the staged attacks to start a war. Bush Administration start off with little legitimacy and 911 was a ‘good’ disaster for them. Without 911, the Bush will not able to invade Iraq, spy on Americans, etc.

With the low public opinions, issues on the firing of prosecutors, Iraq War, many others, it is not surprising that another 911 will be a welcome event for Bush & his cabals. So it is not surprising if Chertoff is letting people know that his gut feeling was correct ( because he knows that another 911 was already in the planning and waiting for execution)
