When I previously e-mailed TP about the problems with trolls, or otherwise disruptive posters, TP told me, point blank, that they have been trying to get rid of the problem posters, going so far as to BAN IPs. However, the problem posters would immediately switch IPs. IP bannings were attempted, and accomplished ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Whatsoever.
