well, one good thing; we won’t have to look at that squirrely face on the wall, next to king george. last year nicholson wrote ME a letter, saying I was not entitle to my husband’s benefits. ??? I only wrote the them, as to WHY HIS BENEFITS WERE TAKEN AWAY–when he received them since 1965, and he is a DAV! I won’t have to give him the bird, every time we have to pass his ugly mug. but thanx jimmy, cause i did my own work, and got back most of what those creeps owed him, plus a raise. the va disgusts me, the way they treat soldiers. I say send the creep back there.

This WW2 Combat Vet goes to the VA hospitals often and there on the walls are both a large picture of the worst pres, next to him is this guy Nicholson, who many veterans have said to me, “It’s a wonder nobody hasn’t put mustaches on their pictures”. This Nicholson was a lacky, he sat by when Bush didn’t allow fotos of our flag draped returning dead troops. He was for this war judging by all the articals he had in the Legion and VFW magazines that support this fiasco for it’s membership. Too bad for us veterans, Bush still has the choice of picking his replacment.

Patrick1, I’m glad that there are A______S like you out there to remind me why I’m a Veteran. If people like you were put in the V.A. healthcare system for your healthcare you couuld really appreciate how your tax dollars are spent. Some of us 100% disabled Veterans cannot purchase healthcare insurance that would enable us to be able to see real doctors and receive needed healthcare. Those of us who have no other option other than the V.A. for our healthcare needs, often go without due to the incompetent doctors, that you Patrick1 have employed with your generous tax dollars. Put the draft back on and let Patrick1 get drafted so he can share in the FREE HEALTHCARE that he seems so concerned about and maybe just maybe he’ll get wounded and get to experience the pain that comes along with being a disabled Vet who HAS to use V.A. for their healthcare.

The basic problem with the VA is that people like Bush have little interest in taking care of our nations veterans. Now, if there was a government department with the task of taking care of retired oil company CEO’s who are down to their last billion dollars, then you’d see some real concern.

Nicholson actually did well considering the ugly hand he was dealt. Believe me more scandals are coming (lost laptops with Vets’ personal info? Not just in Baltimore, ask the folks at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System about a lost “research” laptop!!!). Many VA nurses (including myself) are leaving the system never to return, managers and politicians are to blame.

Brownie, Chertoff, Meirs as a Supreme Court Justice,(Jesus Christ) The advisor that tried to beat Target, Rumsfeld, Bremer, The head of the GSA, The Secretary of Interior, ……………and on……. and Nicholson. Not even close to a qualified individual
