Taylor called back to Capitol Hill.

By Matt Corley on Jul 17th, 2007 at 6:40 pm

Taylor called back to Capitol Hill.

Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA), the Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has asked Sara Taylor, the former White House political director, “to return to Capitol Hill for a deposition next week.” Waxman wants to speak with her about “politicizing government programs” that he says are “historically nonpartisan,” such as the Office of National Drug Control Policy.

Ignore that racist, name-jacking troop-hater troll.

  13. nym@alias.net says:

but the president is a racist, look at how he treated all those people affected by Katrina and Rita.

  14. CT_V1 says:

The committee is entitled to no more information. They should consider themselves lucky that Taylor and others have testified. Their information is sufficient.

  15. Buch Fush says:

Oh boy, we get to hear some more, I don’t recall, I don’t know, can’t remember that, don’t know if I was there, don’t know if he was there….hold them in contempt, jail them, and throw away the key.

Mr. P(rick) you are so stupid everyday, it is amazing to me that you aren’t sitting in your own excrement….oh wait. you are, sorry.

  16. beginning of the end says:

this is all for naught. If this article by PAUL CRAIG ROBERTS is even close to the truth, then this country is all but dead.

Either Mr. President and CT_V1 are one and the same troll or else they’re in love with each other.

No you didn’t…. … did you?

You didn’t just waste a post to correct my punctuation did you?

    :|

    Oops.

Did I just waste a post to chastise you for correcting my punctuation?

  21. Arthur Cravan says:

Taylor won’t show. She’s been rendered to the Bush family compound in Paraguay.

  22. Egreggious says:

    Ths is a wasted post.

  23. Egreggious says:

This Congress will not be known as the “do-nothing” Congress. It will be known as the “I don’t recall” Congress.

  24. GSD says:

Mr. President, please stop calling Sarah Taylor and Harryet Miers witches. It bothers Sarah and it makes the hair on Harriet’s mole grow longer.

  25. helenahandbasket says:

    Sorry, Bartlebee.

ct_v1: Didn’t think such a limp-dick, could be so rigid.
    Got God-complex?

  26. Mr. President says:

LET’S GET RID OF CONGRESS, AND GIVE IT’S POWER TO CHENEY!!!

  27. veritas says:

Other than laying a case for impeachment, I don’t know what Waxman hopes to accomplish in asking this can’t-remember-airhead to return to be deposed.

No doubt her “warlock in chief” won’t permit it anyway.

  28. veritas says:

Oh dear….I see our “coprophagic troll” is alive and spreading the feces he isn’t ingesting himself on these threads tonight.

  29. Perry Logan says:

POP QUIZ: Which party invented the “witch hunt”?

  30. Raven says:

That would be the Vatican, party of one.

    Comment by CT_V1 — July 17, 2007 @ 6:58 pm

No. Sorry. The committee represents the people — the information is not sufficient.

  32. Katie says:

Congress needs to subpoena Sara Taylor again and when she refuses to answer questions, find her in contempt of congress…Inherent Contempt. Then they can have the Sargent at Arms arrest her and conduct a trial. All they need is to do this once, and then they will find people more willing to talk when subpoenaed. I think that Inherent Contempt is the only hope we have to save this country. It is the only weapon Congress has to get a witness to talk.

  33. Justice says:

They all work for US not for airhead Bush, HE TOO works for US. She will return as many times as she is asked. She will follow the rules like every one of these criminal Bushies. This is a massive coverup by the WH, commuting Scooter was additional criminal proof of a coverup and witholding the documents in SO MANY investigations are ALL criminal acts. Clearly they are building a case for Impeachment, doesn’t mean they will do it. Might be much better to let his lame duck Presidency run out, THEN indict the whole lot of them and charge them with all their crimes and put them in JAIL. No one would get a Bush bogus pardon. They are gathering evidence of obstruction and continue to try to get the WH to act in an HONEST AND REASONABLE way and turn over the DOCUMENTS.
It is sickening that these Bush supporters support this type of criminal activity. They are blind followers with no mind of their own, just like all these robot Bushies, incompetent and lack the ability to reason. Drag Harriet in by her scrawny neck and force Taylor in front of Waxman.

  34. jack jett says:

Can I just say that I think Henry Waxman is our saviour.

This man works his ass off in trying to clean up this Bush mess.

  35. cheesehead says:

I’d like to see Bill Richardson elected and sign the ICC treaty (Hillary and Obama won’t do it). That way we can send these criminals to the Hague to answer for their crimes. No hiding in Paraguay for Bush, no hiding in Dubai for Cheney. They won’t have the benefit of their own hand-picked court to protect them.

  36. Lora says:

Either Mr. President and CT_V1 are one and the same troll or else they’re in love with each other.
    Comment by Immature Trolls —

I think they are the same troll as well as in love with each other.

  37. Silence Dogood says:

Enough already. Impeachment could be done in 30 days.
