SOMEONE ordered Spc. Bryan O’Neal not to tell truth about Tillman’s death. Personally I think it was Special Ops Lieutenant General Philip Kensinger who purposely evaded a congressional subpeona to testify after he got a slap on the wrist for blowing one of six (count ‘em’ 6!) “investigations”.

Yes. When someone is shot three times in the head from 10 yards away, that pretty much constitutes murder. The coroner investigating his death asked for an inquest because he suspected “foul play” (that would be murder)”.

If the killing of Pat Tillman was just an accident then why:

1) Did they burn his uniform and diary at the scene
2) Did they never figure out who pulled the trigger (considering the state of forensics today, that would have been a very easy thing to do)
3) Did they lie about how he was killed.
4) Why did the person standing next to Tillman when he died change his story after his initial interview.
5) Why are they refusing to release his records to Congress.

Given that, any transfer of momentum would be minimal and a Kevlar helmet would have been transparent. The three shot burst time is about 1/7th of a second. Using mass ratios and an assumption of 20% inertial transfer, a victims head would move but 1/10th of a cm from first impact to last at 5 cm. At 3 meters, the spread rises to 1 cm and at 10 meters to 3 cm because of the effects of recoil.
