Giuliani’s former anti-terrorism chief voices stern criticism.
Rudy Guiliani’s former emergency management director, Jerome Hauer, blamed the former mayor for “locating the city’s crisis control room in the World Trade Center complex, even though it was a known terrorist target after the 1993 truck bomb attack which killed six people at the site.” Hauer said Giuliani rejected a facility in Brooklyn in favor of because “the mayor himself made clear that the site had to be walking distance from City Hall.” He added, “Rudy would make a terrible president and that is why I am speaking now.”

She must have left because she made such a fool of herself in trying to bolster abortion arguments by saying a nine year old child who gets her period is no longer a child but a women. This was in order to say that no child ever gets pregnant. I know someone will ask for a link, even though he/she read the remark, so I will post it if it hasn’t been deleted. ;)

You can still have it under another structure, but it would make sense for it to be maybe secret, then you could put it under, say, a McDonalds.
If its location is secret, it really doesn’t matter where it is, so long as it’s not in a major target. So government buildings are out. Business buildings far from Wall Street would be fine too. Keep it anywhere so that an attack on it won’t hurt too many people, or hurt the economy.

Whether or not Jerome Hauer is a Democrat is hardly the issue here. It be quite obvious that keeping the city’s crisis control room in the World Trade Center was not a good idea, in light of the previous terrorist attack on it. And the fact, which has been pointed out by other sources as well, is that Giulani wanted to keep it there. But I realize that facts mean little to those who deal in rightwing spin. Consider your attempt at debunking a miss, muckhead.
