The intelligence was cherry picked to so that the intelligence was made to fit the policy. The policy should have been made to fit around the intelligence. Other reasons include the US Attorneys' firing scandal where 6 Justice Department officials have resigned. The outing of former CIA agent Plame to get back at an outspoken critic of the war her husband is also justification for impeachment. Commuting the sentence of a convicted felon - Scooter Libby to protect himself and Cheney from possible prosecution if Libby decided to talk to Fitzgerald is also another reason for impeachment.
