Another Justice Department Leaker Persecuted: Don’t Let It Happen Again

My hands are shaking as I write this. My heart is pounding. I am having an anxiety attack because Thomas Tamm, a former Justice Department lawyer suspected of leaking Bush’s warrantless wiretapping program is starting to get the Bu$hCo royal treatment. I don’t know Tamm. But I do know that we are both former Justice Department attorneys accused of leaking illegal activity by the government and ended up being treated as the criminals. We must stop such retaliation in its tracks.

You’ve lost site of the goal while being blinded by your hatred of Bush. Let’s give the islamofascists and edge because you don’t like the president – that’ll show’em.

Hoekstra in a statement released to RAW STORY Saturday night after the House passed his legislation said that, “he would use momentum from Congressional Republicans’ efforts to fix FISA to push for comprehensive reform of the law to…obtain retroactive liability for parties who may have aided the government.”

The Dem’s won’t stop this RETROACTIVE LIABILITY. All of the illegal spying, that we know about and that we don’t, will be legal and forgotten before long.

WRONG!!!!! This may or may not be true, but just because one person SAYS it is so does not make it so. I have YET seen any article from 1994 that reports this. They are all from 2003 to date. If it was TRUE there would be an article available from the date of 1994, when it “supposedly happened”.

We need to listen very carefully to the folks who want that Bush’s office next to make certain we don’t put a George Bush clone in office. It will take a person of very strong character to give that power back.

Armatage sat down with Fitz and admitted it to him. What’s so hard to prove about that?

Fitz knew from day one who named Plame to Novak and it was Armatage. Yet he chose not to charge him with that crime. Because it wasn’t illegal.
