My typing in just more evidence of the failure of public education. I can think faster than I can type and have no patience to proof read.

Straight A’s and a D in typing.

I practiced practiced practiced until my dad said, “I don’t care if you get an F in typing. I never want to see you type again.”

Well, tip type. I’m typing. Not well, but doing it.

The problem seems fairly straight forward,. This administration has no respect for the rule of law. Yes, the Constitution, stear decisis and the electorate. It feels free to wage war in contrvention of international treatiess and to ignore science.

We have elected a majority of democrats who are frightened sheep.

We the people are screwed.

Giving more time to the wrong policy is pointless. It hasn’t worked because the policy is wrong. Tom Friedman doesn’t know what the rush is? We have soldiers dying everyday in Iraq over a surge that has failed. The rush is that we want our troops to come home. Not one of Cheney’s predictions about this war has come true. The insurgency was never in the last throes. There were no WMDs. There was no connection between 9-11 and Saddam. Our troops were not greeted as liberators instead rather as invaders and occupiers. Lieberman never had any intention of withdrawing troops from Iraq. He has defended a policy that has been wrong from the beginning. That is why he was thrown out of the democratic party by the voters in CT. McCain’s support for the surge has cost him critical support in his own party. He is wrong about the surge and the war. We can no longer win this war militarily. Maliki has failed to make any political progress. He won’t make any political progress.

the problem here is that youâ€™re trying to have a rational give and take with someone who isnâ€™t interested in responding in kind. Call him on his deceit, hit him with a stick, point out that he is only willing to sacrifice others lives limbs and wealth not his own, but donâ€™t expect him to engage in an honest discussion.
