This wasn’t Abu Graib or Guantanomo or POW camp torture, but it was hell. It was 3+ hours of unmitigated raw agony. It fits the definition of torture anywhere I’ve found one. It was done by county jail staff, nurses, and leadership. Federal and City (who have responsibility to prosecute for the state) criminal prosecutors and investigators refuse to even investigate….well at least in terms of talking to any or all of the 12+ perpetrators, suspects, and witnesses, or allow me to show them clear instances where the jail footage provided to me doesn’t match reality.

One key point is that if “they” can do this in a mere county jail against an inmate innocent of any crime (wrongful arrest charge rightfully and summarily dismissed), one can only imagine what “they” think they can get by with with terror suspects as a result of an administration that encourages “looking away” if it might be torture, and especially if it is torture.

Feel free to listen to the sounds of agony, prosecutorial lies, deceptions, misrepresentations…as it turns out…very early on I got the feeling I was getting short-shrift and so began recording almost every single conversation I had with government employees to have them pursue the appropriate ‘color-of-law’ (crimes committed under the guise of law enforcement; police/inmate abuse, etc.) criminal charges.

Any ideas on how to force criminal investigators and prosecutors to investigate and prosecute (seems like that should be a no brainer) will be much appreciated.

Any suggestions on what to do with the lies caught on audio recordings to hold prosecutors and investigators accountable will also be much appreciated.

Waterboarding IS a form of torture…It just happens to be a form of torture that I approve of in some instances.

I admit I’d be curious to see if these torture-defenders could withstand being waterboarded. Waterboard them until they admit waterboarding is a form of torture. If it isn’t, they should have no problem with this.
